I wouldn't recommend going to this Zaxby's. It took a long time to place my order. My wife was given the wrong dipping sauce. I upgraded my toast to cheese toast. I didn't realize it would cost a $1, the toast was salty in some of my bites. They need to change the oil that they fried the pickles in. I will go to other Zaxby's.

Terrible! I ordered a fried southwest chicken salad and got a Asian salad with southwest dressing. I know a person that once worked for Zaxbys and they told me that EVERYONE stays high whole their working. I truly believe it! Will not come back.

Lesson learned on last week I went through drive thru at Zaxby and purchased a meal. I got my receipt but the cashier didn't return my card. I was in a rush so I didn't notice it until the next day. But when I checked my bank account 3 minutes after I left the store someone used my card to purchase a meal. I called Zaxby and spoke with a manager. He said we don't have your card you need to take that up with your bank. Make sure you have your credit card before you pull off from these drive thru windows.

The loaded fries are absolutely delicious, however some of the other selections such as their sandwiches and salads, the chicken is just too salty for my taste. The flavor is there, but the salt content is overbearing.
