My daughter dropped her hot chocolate mug and it shattered across the floor -- he was at our table, nearly instantly, and the first question out of his mouth was directed at her, "are you okay?" She was tearing up (hiding her face) and got on his knee, getting on her level, and reassured her that they have "a million more mugs", that she didn't need to cry, but if she wanted to, that was okay, too! Another young woman came to assist with a broom, reiterated more mugs in the back, and also shared that she dropped two plates...accidents happen. I didn't catch her name, though. Thank you, Miss! TJs compassion and kindness deserve praise. Oftentimes, bussers are overlooked but TJ shone brightly, today!! Undoubtedly, his response is a nod to his upbringing and kindheartedness. Thank you, TJ, you have 3 fans in us!”

Food delicious, Chefs (we had 2 )great, fun for all ages. Special Birthday drum and Ice cream and candle perfect for the 10 (Birthday Honorees). Birthday ages 1-50, and all laughed, talked, enjoyed chefs, food, the friendliness of our hostess!! This was our second time to celebrate at Shoguns, but not our last. “Went to Hibachi Express this evening. Ordered the Steak and Shrimp Hibachi to go. The inside eating area appeared to be very clean. The workers very also very presentable. The kitchen from what you can see looks clean and neat. The food came with 2 side cups of Yum Yum sauce, choice of soup or salad. I got the soup (Miso). The soup was delicious and I could tell it was made fresh. The Hibachi was excellent. Their was more then enough Steak and Shrimp, I was actually expecting less meat then what was portioned. The vegetables onions, carrots, broccoli, zucchini was fresh, the Hibachi rice was cooked extremely well and had great taste. Whe sitting down eating this I got full half way threw and still found myself craving the taste. Will be back.”

“I go to the Pembroke NC McDonalds EVERY Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 5:15 - 5:30 am otw to my Dialysis appointment. The drive thru employees are on top of things & ensure my order is correct as well as the cook who ensures my apple pie is fresh & piping hot, or my fruit/oatmeal is hot as well as my pancake & sausage patty is nice and warm. The employee who stands out the most us Ms. Sasha. She is always smiling, in a good mood & very professional. She also asks if I'd like any additional cream/sugar for my coffee ir extra bytter/syrup for my pancake. I will continue to visit thus McDonald's weekly & highly recommend it.”

My honest review of this pizza, the sauce has an excellent taste, crust is nice and thin and crunchy where it counts, not overdone and baked in an old school oven which I love. One thing I will make note on is the cheese, I think it's just the brand that's being used is on the cheaper side and makes it a little rubber-like. Though I understand in these tough times for businesses and just about everyone that you have to save where you can. Does it ruin the pizza? no. Would it make it that much better with something more quality absolutely. I will definitely be going back for more in the future. Great spot, and great prices, you can't go wrong.”

But babbbyyyyy when that handformed cheeseburger with egg and onion rings came I didn't care who else was there. I ate all of it and licked my fingers. The Arnold palmer with peach cubes (or something) was great too. If you want a burger I would definitely go here before any fast food chain. Only negative (which could be a positive) is ordering from a screen and missing human interaction but they asked how much I want to tip. Am I tipping myself for placing my order and cleaning off my table? But I would tip the screen if need be to eat here again. ?

My daughter and I go most Thursdays after her ballet class and every-time the owner acts like her granddaughter is visiting (always giving her an extra scoop of ice cream) and my daughter today asked "Is she my Cupcake Grandma?" Seriously we are strangers to them but they embrace us (esp my daughter) like family! They are the type of people you want to succeed and support because of how genuine and caring they are. And the dessert? Holy cow We won't go anywhere else! Please stop by and try the Crazy Zoo ice cream and cupcakes (our favorites are birthday cake, caramel, and cookies and cream) they are perfection! Also had a noodle dish with a kimchi side. The food was delicious! Good luck to this business owner. She works very hard and it shows.”
