“oh my goodness, this nice lady can bake!!! She made my husband's retirement cake and not only was it an absolute work of art, it tasted like heaven too. Everyone raved about it and so did we. She is an absolute pleasure to work with but her prices should probably be higher for the quality and art that you get from her. If you need sweet, she is your woman and she will not disappoint.“

I have been coming to this coldstone for 5 years multiple times a week and over the years for the most part I have been happy with the service provided. However, on a recent visit that all changed. On 3/12/2026 at 9:15pm I walked in and waited to be served. When I was finally served it was around 9:35pm, which is after the close at 9:30pm. I ordered a like it and two gotta have its. The like it was made first with the ice cream barely coming above the rim of the cup. I didn’t say anything. Then she went to make the two gotta have its, which were both cake batter with red velvet. I asked for extra red velvet cake. She had one pile of ice cream that was the amount for one gotta have it but instead of using it for one she split into two gotta have it cups and the ice cream wasn’t even above the rim of the cup. So I spoke up and said something. Words were exchanged. The staff was talking back and forth making smart remarks about the situation. Basically saying I was wrong. Then when I went to pay I was yelled at by one of the employees (brown hair one) and told I needed to lose the attitude and that if I wanted the ice cream my way then I needed to go down the street to Walmart and get some. But last time I checked coldstone was about creating your own ice cream your way. But I guess I could be wrong.“
“Hands down the best cold stone I've been to in any state. The manager and employees are amazing, they always remember my daughters order which makes her day. (Sorbet) The store is always fresh and clean and the staff are always courteous and friendly! I definitely recommend this location!“
