Wendy's in Fayetteville

“Besides the service being great. I would like to thank the team at Wendy's #00014082 for their help in saving my vacation. My family and I was traveling to Myrtle Beach on 7/10/2026. My lady realized 1 1/2 hours later that she had left her purse at the the restaurant. Upon calling them we happy to know that they had put the purse safely in their care until we called. I would like to thank Anita, Kisha, Reggie, Jackie, and Naideah for avoiding what could have been a total disaster to a vacation. I really hope this post get them recognized for their honesty and care. Thanks again!!!“

“The service was really friendly and welcoming. It was the first time we visited this Wendy's that I can remember, and the food was prepared exactly how we ordered it, which doesn't always happen, so I usually prefer to order through the app. The only thing missing was one Minion toy from the three Minion and Monster meals we ordered. Other than that, the service was honestly great.“

“My second time at this Wendys drive-thru, the voice behind the speech box in the drive-thru was so pleasant! I couldn't believe it!! Yay! She gave me time to relay my order and room for other choices. I pulled up to the drive-thru window to pay and I got to identify the voice with a face! The voice gave me my food, she was smiling and thanked me for choosing Wendys and enjoy my day, wow! I don't even want to say anything negative about this drive-thru but I have to let you know, always be alert and check your bags! If I had not checked my bag, I would have left my chocolate frosty and my extra small fry!! Again, check your bags before you pull off! I was so enchanted by a pleasant server that I almost forgot to check my bags!! Oh! by the way the Chilli and fries were very good! Lol“

This was my return visit to Wendy’s in as many weeks, and it continued to be a solid experience. The food was fresh, hot, and just what I was craving, and the service was quick and friendly. When a place delivers consistency like that, it’s easy to keep coming back. Wendy’s has proven once again why it’s a reliable go-to when you want something familiar and satisfying.“

“Always good, fresh, fast food. Last time I was there I saw a hiring sign in the window. The manager didn’t get my number or offer me a job and that’s why they get four stars other than that food is always timely and usually as expected.“

“The restaurant was moderately busy. We were attended to after a few minutes. The people behind the counter were very pleasant and attentive. When I food was ready, it was nice and hot and packaged well. We decided to sit down and eat, the tables were clean and everything at the drink stations were full stocked.“

“A year ago I tried their breakfast and swore I would never eat their again. But... They switched things up and added new items. Now I've eaten their breakfast quite a lot over the past several months. My favorite of their baconator breakfast sandwich. My wife and I even got dinner their tonight. We normally never eat at Wendy's. It seems like we will be eating their more often.“

“The manager named Anthony was amazing with me and my husband we went to the store of Cliffdale and they were out of salads and that's the only thing my husband can eat so they sent me to the one of yadkin and he offered to make it right away I also got other food items and he made them fresh it was an amazing experience looking forward to come back.“
