Wendy's in Raleigh

“I went on 2/14/26 around 11:30 at night. The food was ok, but I wanted to write a review on the cashier lady who served me. She was soooo nice. I really wanted a vanilla frosty but she said they were out and offered the chocolate one (which I do not like). She was so nice that I bought/ate anyways. That warm interaction was the best part of my day.

“I enjoyed the food here! I got the Son of Baconator combo meal with fries and a Oreo Brownie Frosty. The burger was filling, fries were fresh and the frosty had so much brownie flavor, which I love a lot! The food came out really quick, probably took about 2-3 minutes, not so bad! There was one part about this place that made me uncomfortable though. I ate inside and there was this guy that kept roaming around the restaurant. He didn't seem stable, and he definitely wasn't sober either. He kept going up to the soda machine and slowly sipping on drinks he poured and then once he got a few drinks in he would pour the rest of the drink out and then sneak another soda. It also seemed like he was bringing in cups from his car and filling them with soda and sharing them with his buddy or something. I know for the sure the workers there knew what he was doing, yet they made no effort to stop him. Every time he roamed over near my table I felt like my boundaries were being violated and it just was overall a really awkward experience. Everything else was fine. That whole experience just creeped me out a little.“

“This particular Wendy's is always a hit or miss. It's not my favorite place to go. But my daughter likes it sometimes. The customer service for me is subpar unfortunately. I usually don't eat from here but I had the chicken tenders and it was just okay. I wouldn't eat them again though. My daughter loves them. I don't think the prices that Wendy charges worth it at all.“

“On our way to a concert we stopped at this Wendy's location to grab a bite to eat. We are from out of town so this was our first time eating at this Wendy's. The food was hot and fresh and was some of the best we have ever had at any Wendy's. The manager and the employees were very nice and welcoming. The bathrooms were also clean. My husband enjoyed it so much he went back during the concert and got more food.“

“Today I stopped by this Wendy's and received some outstanding service by the RM, Kish. She was handling a lot at the moment but still delivered amazing customer service and was so kind. As someone who had worked in food and knows how chaotic it can get, I applaud this woman for her ability to not only keep it together but to still go above and beyond. I will definitely be back to this location 💜“

“I had just bought a car and I was on my way home when I dipped into a parking spot here. I was so happy and beside myself with my car purchase and I needed good grub to accompany that feeling. This Wendy's definitely delivered with my 6 buck grab bag. The nuggets and fries were crunchy as I scarffed them down while I was checking out the engine in my new, new to me, car. So happy with both decisions that day. 😊“

“I really don’t usually write too many reviews but I felt inclined to share this and I really hope that the manager at this Wendy’s location or someone from corporate will see/read this feedback. It was late night that I stopped at this Wendy’s location unsure if it was even open and they’d take an order but I was pleasantly surprised with my customer service experience with Charmaine. She has been the best associate in my drive through experience. She shared with me that she works at 2 locations so assuming working multiple shifts, I would imagine she would be exhausted at the end of her shift when I reached there, but she was a delight to speak with and told me about her situation and what she’s going through with her family. I’ve never spoken with a worker at a drive through long enough like that but it was because she was so kind and friendly. I hope she will get a raise to help her financially. “I enjoyed my dinner here at Wendy’s, Shay hooked my lemonade up! I was trying something new that she recommended which was the Mango Pineapple lemonade and at first sip I was like 😳😊. It was so good! The fries were good and fresh as well. The Brownie Oreo Batter Frosty was delicious thanks to Zach! Tracy was very nice as well. Tables were clean, wasn’t too loud, atmosphere was nice“

“Hands down the best Wendy's in North Carolina. I go every Monday night and I never get bad food. Even as it feels like the world is falling apart and we may be entering a new dark age this Wendy's holds the line banishing the darkness with the light of a perfectly crafted 6 piece.“
