I recently visited this Wendy's and was very disappointed with the customer service experience from start to finish.
At the drive-thru, I felt extremely rushed while placing my order. When I arrived at the window, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy. The employees handed me my drinks and food while acting as if I wasn't moving fast enough, which made the entire interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
