Usually, I'm not a fan of Wendy's because they always have rude employees at the window. This time was different, though. They were very friendly and my order was correct!! Awesome job!
Have had several bad experiences here. About a week ago we were ready for Dave's hamburgers so stopped at Wendy's on Owen Drive. Right about lunch time. One employee taking orders and he appeared super tired or sick. While we were still waiting, we're like the 2nd in line, heard the manager yelling and cussing at employee which started at the back door and ended up at the drive thru window then out the door. It is the first Wendy's that I have seen that the bathroom is a mess, 1. the hand drying paper was loose inside its dispenser and it was not closed properly, 2. When using the bathroom there was a water gap on the floor that came from the urinal. 3. The toilet was very disgusting and the lid didn't even go down, I had to do it with my leg since it was hard. And the floor is slippery. I didn't take photos because I didn't want to post these types of conditions on a public network....read full review
