“I would like to say I had the opportunity to meet some really great employees and staff, Regina the manager has an incredible way of motivating her staff and communicating with customers very pleasant outgoing great personality and attitude. One of her employees by the name of Malik if that's the correct spelling, he was exceptional seems to really care about pleasing the customers and certainly making sure his food is presentable and of good quality, I definitely see this young man in management someday I hope he succeeds. I have spent many years myself in the service industry dealing with customers and I would like that this was one of the most pleasant experience in a fast food restaurant I have ever had, and would like to think that I would hire either one of these people to work for me without hesitation.“

New Crew, I was very disappointed when I stopped to get a caramel crunch frosty. It was so watery it was not pleasurable at all! I paid money for nothing!

I use this Wendy's a lot. I always get my order pretty fast and it's usually correct. I like the young ladies and gentlemen that work there. They're always very pleasant and courteous.“

“As we tend to eat vegan, we only recommend a plain baked potato. We like to add ketchup, however the ketchup dispensers were not working or they were empty. That didn't matter because we sat down at a table with our baked potato and brought in our own salad and balsamic vinegar to use as salad dressing.
I worked fairly hard to be as friendly as possible to try to get the person who was taking our order to smile. About the end of ordering process I got a little bit of a smile out of that person. I85“
