went inside to make a order waited almost 5 or more minutes. the manager or whom I’m guessing was the manager had his hair swinging all around with no hair net on or even put up in a ponytail!!!! he has poor customer service ??????
The dining area tables and chairs were not cleaned. The bathroom needed maintenance, and the bathroom door didn't seem to lock. It did not have paper towels. There was a huge dead moth on the floor and urine in the toilet. The sugar cookies were hard. We had 2 out of the 3 that were on display. The fries were good and fresh. The chocolate chip cookie was nice and soft.

Pulled and parked. Went to enter and door was locked. No sign and lights on. Went through drive thru and was told dining room was closed due to short staffed. Be more professional and put a sign up. Food was hot and good ?
