Wendy's in Conway

“I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for several years, and to be honest, the customer service has usually been disappointing. Most of the time I leave feeling like I’m bothering the staff just by placing an order.

Today was completely different, thanks to Mary.

She took my order in the drive-thru with a smile, was genuinely friendly, used great manners, and made me feel like she actually enjoyed helping customers. She asked if I needed anything else, made sure my order was right, and her positive attitude honestly turned my whole experience around.

Mary is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have. She reminded me how much one person’s kindness and professionalism can change a customer’s day. I truly hope Wendy’s recognizes her for the outstanding service she provides because she deserves it.

“The Biggie Bag was good as I got the crispy chicken sandwich which was delicious just wish it was larger but for $5, along with 4pc chicken tenders, small fries n drink was solid price. Service was quick and friendly which was refreshing at a fast food establishment! Store was clean and organized.“
