A wee bit irritated. We came about 30 minutes before they closed. We were told that we had to order online. So we did. Waited 30 minutes just for us to not get the food we ordered and be told they were closed. A girl said that we needed to reorder cause they were out of something waited some more after our reorder. Manager was beyond rude to my husband. Lack of communication and ridiculous. Please do better.
Good food/value
We went there tonight and had a large order (family of 7). It was busy so the staff was super friendly and made sure we had our drinks and made sure we had everything in the bags and made sure to apologize for the delay. She was super friendly and had great customer service with us. So much better than the Mc Donald's down the road on so many levels too. The kids love the spicy chicken nuggets so much!

Wendy's is a popular spot, attracting longtime customers. The drive-thru was the only option late at night, and there was a mix-up with a baked potato order. Despite this, the staff showed excellent service, making the experience enjoyable. Even with a slight delay, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate a customer's request for French toast sticks after breakfast hours. This level of service keeps customers satisfied and coming back for more.
