Waiting inside 30+minutes for 1 combo that was ordered in app. Store inside closed on 5 minutes, but they usually close the inside early at 10p on fri & sat instead of at 11p like the doors says. While standing here with another person picking up an order, 2 ex employees that were fired after behind the counter and in the back and left with a bag of food that they did not pay for- one says she hadn't worked here in 2yrs. 2023: Negative stars. This place really needs to be shut down. You have cars waiting in line for 30 min every day of the week at night. Your not serving anyone hardly. You have cars waiting in line for 20+ min just to come outside and say your only doing moble orders and everyone almost leaves - why? But there's still a ridiculous wait. Couldn't order food today. Tried to go inside the lobby and the entire restaurant has a rancid odor. I'm gonna just go ahead and say it smells like vomit. Couldn't make it to the counter and had to run out.
