Ordered a Philly Cheese steak and a lady was nice enough to share her pizza with me. Great environment.
Customer service is garbage. Food mid. It used to be pretty good, maybe they have different ownership. But big dude at the counter needs to minimize his customer interaction at best. There are literally dozens of wing spots so I’ll just go elsewhere!
The food here is always great. The cooks do an amazing job with everything that they make. But the service has taken a hit. The new counter guy is not very friendly at all. This is the third or fourth time that we have dealt with him and he is rude. Don't know what happened to AJ, but you need to bring her back.
Even with the food being as good as it is, the bad customer service is unacceptable. After coming here for years, we are going to start looking for other options.
