Worst Wendy’s in the ville by far ?? takes forever to get my food and I came to pick up a door dash and was asked by some rude guy who was jealous of me to show proof of the order and he made me walk in the pouring rain to grab my phone like yeah I just got a name right and I’m trying to steal food ??? worst place slowest workers and when you go in the building you see everyone sitting around doing nothing! When they get too busy they also lie and say that the system is down! I’ve worked fast food so I can talk trash when I say the staff is full of bums

Manager on duty was rude as hell. Being rude to the cashier, was not being a team player: you could tell she didn’t want to be bothered by the cashier who seemed fairly new.

Only Wendy's I dine at....not even in my neighborhood I'll drive 10-15 minutes from home for their great service.
Couldn't order food today. Tried to go inside the lobby and the entire restaurant has a rancid odor. I'm gonna just go ahead and say it smells like vomit. Couldn't make it to the counter and had to run out.

Waiting inside 30+minutes for 1 combo that was ordered in app. Store inside closed on 5 minutes, but they usually close the inside early at 10p on fri & sat instead of at 11p like the doors says. While standing here with another person picking up an order, 2 ex employees that were fired after behind the counter and in the back and left with a bag of food that they did not pay for- one says she hadn't worked here in 2yrs. Everyone socializing when your service is slow every single day at night no matter who's working. There seems to be no one in charge at night. Someone needs to come in from corporate or GM and look at night shift operation- you need to fire 95% of the people and start over. All Wendy's on this town are bad like it's policy, but this place needs to be shut down. They should've put Hardee here. This store isn't about keeping customers or service fresh food. Often wait 20-45min and bag don't even be hot.

2023: Negative stars. This place really needs to be shut down. You have cars waiting in line for 30 min every day of the week at night. Your not serving anyone hardly. You have cars waiting in line for 20+ min just to come outside and say your only doing moble orders and everyone almost leaves - why? But there's still a ridiculous wait. Delivery drivers wait in line 20+ min and the orders are still not ready for pickup. No matter how you order you will not get food or food on time and you will wait. They intentionally avoid taking orders and making orders. Customer service is terrible. There can't be a manager at night. This place really needs to be closed or everyone at night fired and new staff. I don't see how this place is even still open. They should've closed this and put the Hardee's here. The Wendy's on cliffdale is just as bad- there's no go Wendy's on this side of town.2/2/24: why do you have people waiting on the lobby almost 30min for mobile orders that are still not ready and is 15min until close, yet there are 2 ex-employees that don't work here (fired or quit, one says hasn't worked here in 2yrs) behind the counter running back and forth, in the back socializing when there's also a drive thru line. Staff isn't doing nothing but standing around or moving like snails. Why did the to ex-employees leave with a bag of food that they didn't pay for smelling like weed, meanwhile paying customer's are waiting inside & out. Non employees are locking doors. There needs to be a GM or corporate looking into the night/closing shift here.
