“The two gentlemen that are working right now on 9/15/26 @ 1:00pm we're absolutely fantastic! They were so sweet and helpful and when my daughter dropped a huge drink all over the floor they calmed her down when she was crying and helped clean it up. They got her a new cup and let her know that they've had bigger messes they had to clean up. They didn't act like it was a bother to them at all to clean up the mess and our sandwiches were all fantastic!
After us they had a couple customers come in with an attitude and they were absolutely sweet to them and tried their best to make them happy as well. I could not have had a better experience“

“Recently on the afternoon of 3/726 I visited Firehouse Subs for the 1st time and it was a great experience. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The employees were friendly and showed they cared about the business. The two male employees were making the subs and a female employee was restocking the shelf with bags of chips. Then she cleaned the bathrooms. I ordered the Firehouse Steak & Cheese sub:
Sautéed steak, melted provolone, sautéed onions and bell peppers, mayo, and deli mustard. It was delicious. I also had a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos with a soda. Highly recommend.“
