Firehouse Subs in Fayetteville

“I have always had a good experience at this location. Today they were extremely busy but because I saw how diligently the employees were all working together to get orders filled, I didn’t mind the wait. I had four sandwiches, two with customization & everything was correct. I didn’t have to ask if they remembered to include the chips & cookies, I was told they were in the bag.

From my experience today, I feel like the employees work well together & are under great leadership.“

“I usually order a hook and ladder sandwich but decided to do both a sandwich and a salad. The sandwiches are always great but the salad was a solid 3/5. The ingredients were fine for the most part but the order was wrong and lack luster. I did not the peppers but they were on there anyway and the lettuce had a lot of brown pieces in it to the point where I had to toss almost half the bowl in the trash. I love salads but I'm no snob, however when the lettuce is brown, that's a problem. For the future, just be mindful of the ingredients you're putting into someone's salad bowl. I didn't want to dock too much as I do love firehouse. I just wanted ti raise awareness“

“Recently on the afternoon of 3/726 I visited Firehouse Subs for the 1st time and it was a great experience. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The employees were friendly and showed they cared about the business. The two male employees were making the subs and a female employee was restocking the shelf with bags of chips. Then she cleaned the bathrooms. I ordered the Firehouse Steak & Cheese sub:
Sautéed steak, melted provolone, sautéed onions and bell peppers, mayo, and deli mustard. It was delicious. I also had a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos with a soda. Highly recommend.“
