“This is my favorite Starbucks on the planet! I love each and everyone on staff! They’re nice, kind, personable, and just make my day! I wish I could give them 1000 gold stars. I’ve never had a bad experience. They go above and beyond! I absolutely can’t recommend this location enough! They are such a good team! I really enjoy not only my coffee but the whole vibe they bring! I could go on and on, and they truly deserve all the praise, but this location is top tier!“

“Very friendly as I walked in everyone was greeting me. I am not much of a Starbucks drinker however, I get the occasional gift card. The associate was very friendly and assisted me in picking the correct blend for my husband and a delicious latte for myself.“

“The baristas at this Starbucks are SO kind! One of the baristas even recognized me after not seeing her for a few months which made me feel so cared for. Tonight, not only was my drink perfect, but everyone I spoke to was so positive, had amazing energy, and provided excellent service! The Starbucks may be a little further out from my home than another one, but I’ll always choose to come here because of the excellent service and kindness 💚“

“the 5 star service is for the awesome worker jevin. I come to this starbucks often because the wife loves target but the only reason I care to stop by this location is when jevin is working. the other cashier guy wasn’t listening and got my order messed up but jevin was nice enough to correct it when he didn’t have to with the busy orders. the others just stand around. listen up everyone, yall customers be nice to jevin! he’s a good dude!“

“This Starbucks is SO polite and kind and honestly the nicest baristas. I drive 4 miles to get to this location just to not go to Walter Reed road a mile away from me because the staff there are just so. Rude. Thank yall so much for being so sweet here! And they drinks are always made perfect for me🙃 the ONE time there was a problem they took my drink back and fixed it right away with a smile. Thank you again for being kind at work. Unlike Walter Reed road (most of them except maybe 2).“

“I have been to Starbucks in pretty much every state across the US considering the fact that I do travel assignments in healthcare and I have never in my life experience the type of amazing customer service that I experienced this morning when I went to Starbucks, the young lady that was in the window was Nothing short of amazing. She literally explained the menu to me. I’m vegan and I was looking for product that was vegan and I had no idea that Starbucks had a vegan sandwich for breakfast and she literally showed me the vegan sandwich and explain to me that I can get different items on the menu customized. She was the sweetest! And her smile made my whole morning better so to whoever was in the drive-through window with that wonderful smile and that amazing customer service at 7:22 AM on October 12 at the Walter Reed location in Fayetteville North Carolina just know that your service has not gone unnoticed and if anybody wants to smile to brighten up their day and want some quality customer service and amazing food you definitely need to come here!“

“i don’t usually get lucky with good service ever but today that changed at Starbucks. i ordered this morning and i was greeted with this wonderful sweet woman named Ava. after she gave me my sandwich i pulled off and realized i forgot my drink so i pulled around and out she comes RUNNING to bring me my drink. i was so appreciative and grateful. i pulled around to get a straw and her name and she was already there at the window. Amazing and what I expect from services. I just wanted to share my experience this morning because it brought a huge smile to my face and a great start to the day.“

“First time ever in a Starbucks. They were fairly busy and I had to wait a few minutes but they made sure I knew they would be with me as soon as possible. The girl at the counter was very patient and helpful since I had never been there before and had no idea what I wanted. The drink I got wasn't quite what I wanted but it was good and it'll help for a baseline for next time I go in. The sandwich I got was very good except for 1 side of the english mcmuffin was a little too hard. I would deff recommend this location to someone. The staff is very nice and the inside and outside seemed like a calm place to relax and enjoy a cup of whatever.“

“I came down from Charlotte to visit family & stopped through to grab a blended Carmel ribbon crunch they were out of the crunch so I asked for cookie pieces instead I got a cup full of whip topping instead of blended coffee spent $12 on whip topping & they was rude when I asked for hot sauce for my Flafa wrap ugh 😩 Do Better“

“Ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich and pink drink through DoorDash. It was the only thing that sounded edible being pregnant and incredibly nauseous. I’ve been getting the pink drink since freshman year of high school and the one I received today was perfect. Perfect amount of ice, coconut milk, strawberries, everything. Very impressed and grateful.“

“I visited the drive-thru during lunch and ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and an eggs and mozzarella sandwich. This location moved pretty fast during rush hour. The items were made perfect and not just tossed together sloppily. I would definitely come back if I’m looking for something quick during lunch again.“
