The coffee we ordered was great and nothing different than what you'd expect from a Starbucks. What kept them from 4-5 stars was the customer service. The biggest complaint is that they did not have many customers inside nor drive thru and they spent a lot of time chatting with each other delaying the making of our coffees. They also seemed very flat affect when addressing the customer. It wasn't terrible but we have been to better Starbucks.
Literally the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. And I never changed always 15+ minutes for drive thru pickup. Only reason I keep coming here is because it's the only Starbucks on this side of

They close at 9:30 yet I literally pulled into the drive through at 9:20 on the dot, they had everything shut down so I pulled up to the window to asked why they were closed early and the two workers looked at me numerous times but would never come to the window. I went up to the door and it was locked. I had to drive 20 minues out of the way to the one on Walter Reed Road and guess what I got there 10 minutes before they closed at 10 and was able to get a coffee. Do better Ramsay...read full review
