They close at 9:30 yet I literally pulled into the drive through at 9:20 on the dot, they had everything shut down so I pulled up to the window to asked why they were closed early and the two workers looked at me numerous times but would never come to the window. I went up to the door and it was locked. I had to drive 20 minues out of the way to the one on Walter Reed Road and guess what I got there 10 minutes before they closed at 10 and was able to get a coffee. Do better Ramsay St, I get you want to go home early from work but so does everyone else, unfortunately that’s not how running a business works. I will say any other time than this iv never had a problem here, but also haven’t been to this one 10 minutes before closing either.

The coffee we ordered was great and nothing different than what you'd expect from a Starbucks. What kept them from 4-5 stars was the customer service. The biggest complaint is that they did not have many customers inside nor drive thru and they spent a lot of time chatting with each other delaying the making of our coffees. They also seemed very flat affect when addressing the customer. It wasn't terrible but we have been to better Starbucks.

Took over an hour to get my items. Only when one barista saw me sit down, and finally give me my last part of my order she did they realize that I had not gotten my first part of my order. And when I asked if it was still hot after having been sat next to the window, they gave me the excuse, ma’am it was the labeling system, and we apologize for your inconvenience. Horrible service. Do not recommend this store at all.

The cafe, counter area and prepation area in general were dirty, unkept and cluttered. The wait for one drink was long and the drink was not hot. The selection of pastries were slim and not well identified. Not sure if I'd go back.
