I ordered a cold brew and it was made just fine in a timely manner. After a hour of homework I took a break and asked for a refill however 3 different baristas told me they do not do refills on cold brew. Which is so unusual because I've never had that issue for years at any starbucks. They wanted me to pay full price so I said forget it, I'll just finish my homework best I can and leave. So if you come here just be warned, they won't give you refills on cold brew.
I usually go to this one when I'm closer to the mall. I try to not go to this one as often since the white gay guy who used to be at the window was or is rude. At the time I went he and another girl barely had made my drink all the way (frozen dragonfruit) and acted like he didn't want to take my card. Get rid of him if you already haven't.

I pay seven dollars everyday I expect my drink gow I order it. If you complain some Employees will get mad open your drink put a dirty spoon in it trying to fixed it their own way. First of all that's people's drink and your being antihygenic. The Male dress as a female manager gave me an empty gift card,because I wanted my money back,when I went back to used it it was empty.
