If something is wrong with my drink (never happens), they make sure I get a new one up to my standards. Love this place!“

“I am new to the area for work So of course I had to find my local closest Starbucks. I ordered my drink Mobile pickup scooped it up and went to work. not exactly how I have it normally made and it didn't taste right so I made another trip back around and these ladies were absolutely amazing they were not irritated at all that I asked for my drink to me remade they had no problem doing it. The one girl was so positive she said yeah I didn't make it that way at all I got you and what she handed me was so perfectly on point. talking with the other young lady who just bought her first house these girls were so full life and elated their customer service was outstanding I wish I would have caught their names I'm sure that I'll learn them soon but I hope that the reviews are seen and they are recognized for they're vibrancy and providing such great service!!
