Starbucks in Greenville

“Love this place. Great service. The best starbucks in town. All the baristas have blue hair and piercings, so you know the coffee is BANGIN'. I dont like to go anywhere else in Greenville because none of them make it the same as this place. Idk. If you don't look like you rolled out of the fruit roll up factory, then I dont want it. They actually drip the espresso correctly, you can tell just by how it looks in the cup. Plus the flavor is most excellentttt. This starbucks knows what's up. Also, they're all really nice!“

“I love this location and personally feel like it is the best Starbucks location in Greenville. I typically order the iced brown sugar shaken espresso and at many of the locations it can have a bit of a burnt flavor to it however I have never had that issue here. The people are almost always amazing and rarely have bad days. I appreciate all the hard work the employees have put into the building and the coffee. I love the location it is at. The inside and outside seating is right up my alley.“

“I’ve always had a delicious drink from there. But there was one cashier that never said a word to me ,never told me thank you. I even said good morning to him one morning and he said do you want a straw 🤷🏻‍♀️ but overall drinks and food are delicious“

“The most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any Starbucks. Each beverage is consistent as well. My only complaint would be no mobile ordering but I’m sure it has more to do with Harris Teeter than with the actual Starbucks. If only this Starbucks was located in the parking lot and not inside the actual grocery store that it is I’m sure it would be among the best in the country.“

“Stef is seriously the best barista at Starbucks. She nails my order every time with a big smile and her drinks are always perfect with spot-on flavor and great temperature. If she’s working you know you’re getting the best drink possible. Total GOAT ☕“

“Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or when one comes. Because it doesn’t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she’s not able to make anything then made a comment about don’t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we’re 24/7 and no matter side work we still help our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I’m going on 18hr shift with another tomorrow. She then contacts the manger whom again I had to ask who is the manager. She wouldn’t tell me. I didn’t like how I was refused to speak with manager and how at first she refused to serve me until I kept asking for a manager. There awesome here. But I didn’t appreciate the lack of helping in beginning and I didn’t like she calls me out on my job. Great staff I will continue but comments just because you want to go home can stay to the employees self. Thank you very much Manager Frankie for resolving me issue immediately!!
