Starbucks in Greenville

“I came in around 7:30 this morning and unfortunately my order was misheard, so my drink was made incorrectly. I called the store afterward, explained what happened, and was told I could come back later to have it fixed.

When I came back, I was greeted by Mike, the store manager, and he was incredibly friendly, apologetic, and understanding about the whole situation. He immediately offered to remake my drink and even made an additional change for me that he absolutely didn’t have to. He also offered me a free food item for the trouble.

Mistakes happen, especially during a busy morning rush, but the way Mike handled the situation really stood out to me. I genuinely felt heard and taken care of rather than feeling like I was an inconvenience. I really appreciated his kindness and customer service, and I’ll definitely continue coming back to this Starbucks. Thank you, Mike!“

“This location is big on customer service! Huge thank you to Pyper for always having a shining personality and warm smile. A great start to my day is my espresso to begin my morning but to have a caring barista is a 10 in my book! Having genuine customer care is sought after and the message on my cup makes it an excellent experience as well.“

“I usually come here because workers are super nice and the drinks are SUPER good. However this morning I went to order 3 drinks and asked if they could write aunt sam to help announce my pregnancy to my sister but it wasnt written on the cup :/ along w the drinks i ordered a cheese danish and egg bites but i believe he misheard and rang me up for a spinach wrap (not a big deal it happens) i told the lady i was supposed to have egg bites instead and she looked at me, said “umm” and walked away to talk to her coworker i believe but didn’t seem to help me with the issue. This was where i started to get a little frustrated since im in somewhat of a rush and they had me standing there like a dummy. i ordered egg bites on the app and went about my day. This isnt to be rude or anything i just wish they would’ve helped to resolve the issue instead of ignoring me.“

“The most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any Starbucks. Each beverage is consistent as well. My only complaint would be no mobile ordering but I’m sure it has more to do with Harris Teeter than with the actual Starbucks. If only this Starbucks was located in the parking lot and not inside the actual grocery store that it is I’m sure it would be among the best in the country.“

“I love this location and personally feel like it is the best Starbucks location in Greenville. I typically order the iced brown sugar shaken espresso and at many of the locations it can have a bit of a burnt flavor to it however I have never had that issue here. The people are almost always amazing and rarely have bad days. I appreciate all the hard work the employees have put into the building and the coffee. I love the location it is at. The inside and outside seating is right up my alley.“

“Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or when one comes. Because it doesn’t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she’s not able to make anything then made a comment about don’t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we’re 24/7 and no matter side work we still help our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I’m going on 18hr shift with another tomorrow. She then contacts the manger whom again I had to ask who is the manager. She wouldn’t tell me. I didn’t like how I was refused to speak with manager and how at first she refused to serve me until I kept asking for a manager. There awesome here. But I didn’t appreciate the lack of helping in beginning and I didn’t like she calls me out on my job. Great staff I will continue but comments just because you want to go home can stay to the employees self. Thank you very much Manager Frankie for resolving me issue immediately!! “I usually don't write a lot of reviews, especially when it comes to chain restaurants because people argue they are all the same. However, I had an experience at this Starbucks that I feel is worth sharing. I have been going to this Starbucks ever since I was a freshman at ECU. The service was always so friendly because they understand they have a lot of stressed out students who come in to get some work done. I transferred from ECU to another school but I still come back to Greenville to visit friends and I will get my homework done at that same Starbucks. This one particular visit last December was extraordinary. I was working on a final project and I had a (minor) panic attack in the middle of the Starbucks about it, and the staff would make conversation with me to keep me calm. Not to mention they gave me a free re-fill on my coffee without even asking me. I had to step outside (in the freezing rain) to take a very long phone call about my final project and not only did the staff keep an eye on my belongings inside, but when I returned I saw a free hot chocolate sitting by my things.“
