“It seems that this Starbucks is very consistent; always fast and friendly service!The staff certainly helped to kick start our morning! Everyone took the time to welcome us in with a friendly hello; I thought that was amazing, being that quite a few people with service jobs appear to be unhappy and care less about greeting you or serving you with a smile. Everyone at this location seem to work well together!Ms. Alexa had great customer service; she made sure that our drinks were customized properly as requested, along with our breakfast sandwiches. She also was nice enough to hand us our completed order versus just putting it on the counter.This establishment appeared to be very clean, and well stocked with merchandise.We ordered the Cinnamon Dolce Latte - (one hot, one cold), with the beyond meat breakfast sandwich and bacon and egg gouda; everything was delicious! The drinks were on point, and the sandwiches were superb - hot and fresh! I love that CDlatte had a good balance of flavor and not too sweet; I ordered a 16oz with only 3 pumps of syrup, no sprinkle toppings... it was piping hot, which was perfect!The parking lot in front can get full fast, but there is more parking on the side and in the back. Inside seems a little limited on indoor seating, but there is nice outdoor seating available as well. The drive through line can be long, but it moves quickly.I recommend you visit this Starbucks, this is definitely my favorite SB location!Vegetarian options: It's great to know that SB offers quite a few vegetarian options. Both the Beyond breakfast sandwich and the spinach and egg white wrap are delicious!“
“This group of people makes it a joy to wake up. I have to throw a major thank you to Jacob. This guy alone is why I keep coming back. If you've met him, you know what I'm talking about. Outstanding people. Starbucks will be Starbucks, great coffee for a great cost. But the Team here is next level!“
“The most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any Starbucks. Each beverage is consistent as well. My only complaint would be no mobile ordering but I’m sure it has more to do with Harris Teeter than with the actual Starbucks. If only this Starbucks was located in the parking lot and not inside the actual grocery store that it is I’m sure it would be among the best in the country.“
“Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or when one comes. Because it doesn’t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she’s not able to make anything then made a comment about don’t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we’re 24/7 and no matter side work we still help our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I’m going on 18hr shift with another tomorrow. She then contacts the manger whom again I had to ask who is the manager. She wouldn’t tell me. I didn’t like how I was refused to speak with manager and how at first she refused to serve me until I kept asking for a manager. There awesome here. But I didn’t appreciate the lack of helping in beginning and I didn’t like she calls me out on my job. Great staff I will continue but comments just because you want to go home can stay to the employees self. Thank you very much Manager Frankie for resolving me issue immediately!! “I usually don't write a lot of reviews, especially when it comes to chain restaurants because people argue they are all the same. However, I had an experience at this Starbucks that I feel is worth sharing. I have been going to this Starbucks ever since I was a freshman at ECU. The service was always so friendly because they understand they have a lot of stressed out students who come in to get some work done. I transferred from ECU to another school but I still come back to Greenville to visit friends and I will get my homework done at that same Starbucks. This one particular visit last December was extraordinary. I was working on a final project and I had a (minor) panic attack in the middle of the Starbucks about it, and the staff would make conversation with me to keep me calm. Not to mention they gave me a free re-fill on my coffee without even asking me. I had to step outside (in the freezing rain) to take a very long phone call about my final project and not only did the staff keep an eye on my belongings inside, but when I returned I saw a free hot chocolate sitting by my things.“
“I want to start off by saying this Starbucks is amazing and I typically never have a problem. Yesterday I ended up walking over to grab a cup of coffee. When I got close to the store I saw a two men sitting outside. I was alone so I was trying to be cautious for my safety. I walk inside and stand in line waiting to order when this man comes up to me and asks for money. I was a little shocked because I was on the phone so I didn't think anyone would bother me. This man asks me to CashApp him some money and it made me slightly worried for my safety especially having to walk back alone. I tried to confide in one of the workers and I was upset at how she reacted. I explained to her what had gone on in which she asked me a question..."Are you new to Greenville?" I explained I go to school here and I was not new. I am pretty sure the next thing she told me was, it was common for people to ask for money. I was not upset at the fact that someone had asked me for money, I was upset at how she handled the situation. I was scared and tried to ask for help. It seemed like she didn't care what had happened and it upset me. I was shocked at her response. All in all, I have never really had a problem here, but this interaction was upsetting.“
