Whoever was the only one in the red apron on August 18th 2024 at around 12:30 was extremely disrespectful i asked if the cake pop was coming out and she very aggressively said that it will be in the next order as it comes in two separate bags.
I ordered a drink with cold brew, 2 sandwiches, and another drink. I got everything else but they didn’t have cold brew, instead of telling me that they didn’t have cold brew the lady up front just had my empty cup sitting there, at no time did she call out my pickup name to ask me what I wanted instead of the drink with cold brew.
Misspelled my nameWhen I asked about the drink that was sitting for 5 minutes, Barista mistook my misspelled name for a previous order that they had to remakeMispronounced another order's name so bad they had to ask the cashier what they even wroteWaited 30 minutes for my Chai latte. The line grew to 10+ people and I had a meeting in 5 minutes, so I walked out and lost $5. Realized they misspelled my name at the 30 minute mark
