“Hubby wanted Blooming Onion; but we had trepidation at eating at this location based on prior experiences (before current proprietor). We were VERY pleasantly surprised. We had minimal wait even though host said they had been “crazy busy” and expected more large groups shortly. Pressley, our waitress, was prompt, professional, communicated well, was attentive (without attitude) when I asked to talk to manager before ordering (due to food allergies) as well as throughout our meal and getting us out, even offering to-go beverages. Alyssa, the manager on duty was awesome discussing food preparation and easily reassured me, as well as supervised/assisted in kitchen. We initially saw her cleaning dining area, not knowing that she was manager, as entire staff was working as team and well oiled machine to assure a really clean dining area, as well as restrooms. My hubby got his Blooming Onion and 1/2 rack smoked ribs and could not stop with glowing praise for his meal. I had Alice Springs Chicken that was even better than I had at one of my favorite Outback locations last week for our anniversary! Overall, restaurant sound was quiet enough for us to talk to each other easily, despite large family groups & TVs in bar. Staff’s demeanor was calm and upbeat making dining experience quite pleasurable. Never expected to be writing this 5star review today; So, keep up the good job manager Alyssa!”

The place is on 10th street, across from Villa Verde, which is a location that has a high turnaround, however, my friend and I were absolutely blown away. The free ceviche con crispy tortilla was so fresh and delicious. They have chips and salsa too, if you want, and the salsa is top notch. Our main courses were terrific 10/10. We both hope this place stays here forever.”

“We came in for brunch with a big party to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The “party room” was set up beautifully and the staff had the tv set to a lovely video playing of a fireplace. We were able to decorate to our liking with decorations we purchased to top off the already lovely space. While the restaurant was extremely busy, the staff was attentive and made sure our every need was met. The food was outstanding as always. Special thank you to the bartender and manager for a fabulous morning of brunch and bubbly to celebrate our dear one.”

“Finally visited LongHorn after seeing in Greenville for almost a year. Last time i tried to go there it was 35 minutes wait time bht again, it was a friday night so that was expected. LongHorn Was recommended by a friend and yes it did live up to its expectations. The service was fine and attentive, the food was delicious! Tried their grilled chicken with mac and cheese, as well as the salmon salad. Both were cooked to perfection. The cheese crust on the chicken was quite salty but might have to do with the cheese itself. Will be visiting them again soon to try other menu options.”

“We drove a little over and hour to try Hook & Reel and it was definitely worth it. We did the all you can eat. The seafood was very fresh and cooked perfectly. We tried the seasoned garlic butter mild at first but was not spice, so the next platter I ordered spicy and it was perfect. It’s honestly hard to find good crawfish and this is the place hit the spot. Service is quick to take your order and the food comes right out. Highly recommend Hook & Reel if you’re craving seafood! The only thing I believe could use some tlc is the restrooms.”

Also the large male manager while passing out a tray and cups, dropped a cup , didn't even acknowledge or get a replacement. He turned and left so the youth picked it up.As a daily regular customer I got the young man a new cup.”

I ordered the specialty pizza which changes every so often and is usually always on point. This time it was the Gyro Pizza. It sounded delicious when it was described to me over the phone when I called in my order. Basically all the toppings of a gyro on an olive oil based pizza. When I received my order I didn’t bother checking before I got home because like I said, this place usually never fails me. But this time I get home only to find a plain cheese pizza in the box with all the toppings in a separate box. Now I was not told that this is how it was going to come and had I known, I definitely would’ve asked to make sure it was already made for me. I’m not sure if it would’ve been the same way had I been dining in but either way needless to say was I disappointed. Point being, if you order this pizza, I’d make sure it’s completely made for you. THE END!”

We didn’t get cheese on the cheesesteak the first time, and when we brought it back and informed them there was no cheese, they immediately denied and said there was. I opened the box and showed the lady working the register and she said it was “mixed in”. Only after I moved the cheesesteak around to show her the lack of cheese did anyone try to fix their mistake. The man who made it tried to gaslight us by saying there was cheese, and the lady who was literally looking at it was hesitant to even attempt to fix it. Just hope they get it right the first time or else they’ll make you out to be a liar.

The waiter was not good at all. He took our order and didn't bring out the 1st of 2 appetizers we ordered. When I asked him a good 10 minutes later, if the app was coming out, he said, "Yes, let me go see. Then, someone else came out to ask if we wanted the app since we canceled it previously. Which, of course, we didn't cancel it at all. So, that was already a miss. Then, after waiting even more time, our food came up. He seemed to offer to get drinks refilled or more fries, which all was great. We don't know if he was having an off, not, or maybe he had a lot of tables. We were busy talking, so we didn't see how many tables he served. It's all good. The food was off, totally not their norm. We normally have a great experience at Red Robin. We drive over 30 minutes away to eat here because of their food and service.”

“Hubby wanted Blooming Onion; but we had trepidation at eating at this location based on prior experiences (before current proprietor). We were VERY pleasantly surprised. We had minimal wait even though host said they had been “crazy busy” and expected more large groups shortly. Pressley, our waitress, was prompt, professional, communicated well, was attentive (without attitude) when I asked to talk to manager before ordering (due to food allergies) as well as throughout our meal and getting us out, even offering to-go beverages. Alyssa, the manager on duty was awesome discussing food preparation and easily reassured me, as well as supervised/assisted in kitchen. We initially saw her cleaning dining area, not knowing that she was manager, as entire staff was working as team and well oiled machine to assure a really clean dining area, as well as restrooms. My hubby got his Blooming Onion and 1/2 rack smoked ribs and could not stop with glowing praise for his meal. I had Alice Springs Chicken that was even better than I had at one of my favorite Outback locations last week for our anniversary! Overall, restaurant sound was quiet enough for us to talk to each other easily, despite large family groups & TVs in bar. Staff’s demeanor was calm and upbeat making dining experience quite pleasurable. Never expected to be writing this 5star review today; So, keep up the good job manager Alyssa!”

You wouldn’t think so by looking at the building but it’s always the odd looking places that turn out the best! I’m forever coming here! It brought back good memories for me! “First time coming here for our best friend's birthday celebration. And omg! The sushi was absolutely amazing and very decent price for an all-you-can-eat. Marley, I believe that was her name; was just on point with service. From bringing our drinks, taking our orders, clearing our table from the empty plates we kept accumulating and to ordering more entrées that we wanted to try. The staff was also very great in bringing our dishes. Still though, the food is incredibly delicious!”

“went to Dennys in Greenvile NC yesterday June 4th, it was busy. as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Stuart. He told us he was working by himself and he would be right with us. He seated us and then we saw that he was the only wait staff on duty. He was so calm and courteous. Even being the only one working, he was taking care of all the customers. He was the host, cashier,and server. I heard him say, it was so busy but he was thankful to have a job. this is the kind of person you want working for you. thank you Stuart.”

“Not the best, mellow mushroom has had its better days. HOWEVER the only thing I did not enjoy were the wings as they were too hard and cold. Went around 5/6pm food came out pretty fast my favorite as always is the cheese bread and the pepperoni sausage pizza. Service was good”

“HORRIBLE SERVICE A 1 STAR IS STILL TO GOOD TO GIVE!!!!!! RESTAURANT IS TERRIBLE, MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE!!! The To-go order was super cold after I waited at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone even came over to assist me. I walked to the main entrance and waiter told me someone would be over. After getting the order that was cold and a tray full of all drums I asked to remake the order and the manager was very nasty and racist to us and refused to remake order or refund our money, then said we were aggressive and called the police and banned us from the restaurant !!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE ANYWAY! I will be calling corporate and I will tell everyone I know to not spend your money there. They need new management, customer service training and better attitudes when dealing with the public!!!”
