The food is good. Great environment. Monse did an awesome job
Highly recommend! We had Edwin for a server and Antonio for a bartender. I'm pretty sure when I asked Antonio for OJ he went back and freshly squeezed some for us. Everything we ordered was delicous and the entire staff seemed to care about the restaurant as a whole. Good vibes all the way around!

La Tovara | Mexican Kitchen + Seafood is a beautiful place with really good food and an amazing service. The menu has lots of varieties to offer with some surprising items, and the drinks and food are incredible. The best dishes include the carne asada with that rice and beans, fresh pineapple juice made out of real pineapple, the 7 seas soup, and the grilled red snapper. The sushi is also hands down the best sushi ever had. Guests get a lot of food for a value price. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, really clean, and welcoming. The service is always good, with a waitress who is kind, fast, knowledgeable with the menu, always smiling, and has great energy. Other servers also check on guests as they walk by. Even when busy, the food comes out fast. Some recent menu changes removed a favorite dessert and the beans and rice that used to come with taco dishes, which are now $10 to purchase. Overall, this place has some of the best Mexican food ever had and is highly recommended for fresh seafood, authentic Mexican, and great cocktails.
