Food with a extra helping of kindness. April 7, I approached the entrance and did not notice that the restaurant was closed. Nevertheless, a kind gentleman answered the door instead of waving me away. Thus, I learned the pizza oven was broken. I declared I had wanted a small salad only, no pizza. Cucinella's Midtown offers some of the best pizzas in the area, worth driving out of the way for. This is definitely the best pizza all around, with friendly staff that treats you right. The cheese pizza is a favorite, and the New York Style is fantastic. Customers also enjoy the Chicken Pesto Grinder and the cheesy knots, which are super cheesy and come with a side of chilled marinara sauce. The portion size is great, leaving customers satisfied. The inside seating is also really nice. It's a great spot to grab a bite, with amazing service and meals available at a great price. Highly recommended for a fresh and satisfying meal.
