“I love getting food from here because the associates are always very friendly. I am not very familiar with different foods but I ask questions about the food and they were able to let me try the garlic knots and now it is my favorite. They are friendly, fast and clean, and I love that about them. I highly recommend and I’ll continue to buy my food from here.“

“It’s a cute place with great food. I got the SoHo pizza while my boyfriend got the Philly cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was phenomenal, HIGHLY recommend. However the service is not great. We didn’t get cheese on the cheesesteak the first time, and when we brought it back and informed them there was no cheese, they immediately denied and said there was. I opened the box and showed the lady working the register and she said it was “mixed in”. Only after I moved the cheesesteak around to show her the lack of cheese did anyone try to fix their mistake. The man who made it tried to gaslight us by saying there was cheese, and the lady who was literally looking at it was hesitant to even attempt to fix it. Just hope they get it right the first time or else they’ll make you out to be a liar.

“A huge variety X-large of pizza slices to choose from are on display. Sandwiches are fresh and made to order. Deep seat table booths, for us non-petite folks. The whole shop is really clean. Prices are very reasonable. I pretty this location more than the one on Firetower Rd... It's really worth the drive over here!

“1st off, this isn't Donatos Pizza it's Red Robin. Second, my review is a very different one compared to previous times of being here. The food was off. So, maybe a different chef. The waiter was not good at all. He took our order and didn't bring out the 1st of 2 appetizers we ordered. When I asked him a good 10 minutes later, if the app was coming out, he said, "Yes, let me go see. Then, someone else came out to ask if we wanted the app since we canceled it previously. Which, of course, we didn't cancel it at all. So, that was already a miss. Then, after waiting even more time, our food came up. He seemed to offer to get drinks refilled or more fries, which all was great. We don't know if he was having an off, not, or maybe he had a lot of tables. We were busy talking, so we didn't see how many tables he served. It's all good. The food was off, totally not their norm. We normally have a great experience at Red Robin. We drive over 30 minutes away to eat here because of their food and service.“

“Tonight Kaytie delivered my pizza and she was so kind and sweet! She couldn't get thru because the road was blocked due to an accident. She called me and genuinely sounded sorry. She apologized over and over again! Even though I know it wasn't her fault at all. They finally let her go and she again apologized. I'm a restaurant manager and I'd be lucky to have her on my team. My son is eating his pizza without a care in the world. Thank you so much again and have a safe night!“
