“I have been to this mellow mushroom location multiple times and am rarely disappointed. We’ve had Claire and Susie as our servers many times and they’re always the most helpful and reliable staff. Claire is very attentive and friendly, always sparking up some conversation! We love her attitude. Susie is a gem as well, her friendly southern hospitality is something me and my family love to feel when we go out to eat. Lovely staff, lovely restaurant.“
“The BEST pizza I have had in YEARS! I have eaten pizza from just about every pizza joint on the east coast. JET'S BY FAR WAS THE BEST HANDS DOWN! I ordered the hand tossed supreme with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping. I was given an estimated delivery time of about 50-55 mins. However it was delivered in about 30 mins. So not only was my pizza absolutely amazingly delicious, it was delivered much sooner than expected! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?! I WILL be returning to JET'S the next time I'm in town.I also feel like I should mention the lady that took my order was very kind and patient with me. I am not familiar with their menu and she was kind enough to help me with my order. The lady that delivered my pizza was just as kind and polite! These things may seam small and not worth mentioning to some. But to me it all matters. It says alot about this business. Thank you JET'S!Employees. Best experience all the way around!“
“Pizza is delicious. My grandkids love the Basil BLT....although for some odd reason I get racist vibes from the host and each time I go it's majority of caucasian in the place that look at blacks if they shouldn't be in there. IM JUST SAYING!“
“This has been one of my favorite, go-to, suggestion restaurants since I moved here! When I was pregnant, I lived off their food, now my almost 1 year old even LOVES it here! Natalie always remembers us and suggests the PERFECT wine for my picky taste and makes the BEST espresso martinis I’ve ever had! Maddi is the sweetest and most attentive server! We will always come back. My baby loves the food and panda cotta was his first desert! COME HERE!!! I’ve never been disappointed!“
“This location has a good decoration and bench inside for where its located, but when I came in there every seat was taken by groups of people, so i had to sit in the biggest area. It is nice, but takes away from bigger groups needing this area, so I would say there should be more smaller seating areas like the location on fire tower.the food is always great for me, not the best, but it is great still. i just dont like how the seating is, expecially with us fatter people, its harder to squeeze between the groups of people to sit down, get drinks, throw trash away, etc, people dont move out your way, its too tight.everything else was good, the service was average but not bad, the atmosphere works with the resteraunt but it over crowds the place, and the food is the reason for coming there in the first place.“
“Kickback Jack's is fantastic! Excellent, food, atmosphere & service.The quality food was served deliciously hot & well done,the way I prefer.The lunchtime wait was approximately 25 minutes,the waitress was very courteous & even apologized,for our waiting period.If you take the family, y'all will have a blast! There's plenty of parking & the bathrooms are not hard to find. My friends, visit them soon....“
“Amazing pizza, amazing calzones, amazing grinders. Have not been disappointed by a single thing on the menu. Food is always ready on time for pick-up and priced quite nicely for what you're getting. I recommend the flamethrower pizza, honestly deliciously, especially with the jalapenos and hot honey.“
“I had a 5 star rating a couple of years ago because the food, service and value was all that. I have been back a couple of times this year and so dissapointed. I ordered single slices of pizza and they were so hard to the point that I could barely eat them. I was going to get some garlic knots, but they no longer come with the same amount of homemade sauce to dip. A much larger container before compared to what you receive now is really only enough for about 3 of the knots. When I purchased earlier in the year there was barely any garlic and very tuff. I felt I had to update this since my view has changed. I will try again in the future in hopes that I can update this review in a more positive light.This was my experience up until about several months ago. Best "all the way" Pizza...but try the 12 piece garlic knots which come with homemade tomato dipping sauce for the win!“
“Ive been here alot since they opened this location. only issue i would find is just the cleanliness, but they step up when they can. they can get busy and people sit at a dirty table because they dont want to wait, so you cant fault the staff for that.a few weeks ago i ordered a few slices here for me, and went somewhere else for my wife, so i didnt check in the box. got to the place for my wife and opened the box and only had 1 slice in there. I wasent going to call it in but i was Hungry!they took the call, put me on hold, they talked to me, told me to come on back and they will give me the slice. I came back, went in- told the guy at the front what happened, he said he was already waiting for me with the pizza.Not just that, he added another slice for the inconvenience. This, this is what good customer service is. I know its not a big deal to some people, but they went above to make the customer happy, i was definately a happy fat guy! i got nothing but good things to say about this resteraunt other than the cleanliness factor which is large in part of the customers not the staff.“
“The Italian grinder sub was delicious, but could've used some more vinegar to cut the savoryness. The Margherita was a cheese pizza with basil and a few slices of tomato on top. Not we we expected, but it was good. Very clean restaurant and nice atmosphere.“
