Tonight Kaytie delivered my pizza and she was so kind and sweet! She couldn't get thru because the road was blocked due to an accident. She called me and genuinely sounded sorry. She apologized over and over again! Even though I know it wasn't her fault at all. They finally let her go and she again apologized. I'm a restaurant manager and I'd be lucky to have her on my team.
