I rated service a 2 because the girl taking orders was great! The girl that served me not so much. I saw she wasn't getting me the drink I ordered, so I said something. I did say excuse me, wasn't rude but she rolled her eyes at me and when I sat down, my drink was still wrong, so it went in the trash. It was very disappointing because you have to have a drink with any type of buscuit.
Clean and good fresh cooked food at 4pm.
I can’t vouch for ever day and every shift but this morning 9/9/26 I received the freshest food and great service from everyone there but I saw Jerek (Jrock) running the front line and wanted to commend him. He’s that dude. Keep up the great work Bojo, hopefully this location can continue to win me over.

Bojangles, located on 10th st in Greenville, offers a variety of meals including chicken, fries, and unsweetened tea. The service can be hit or miss, depending on the staff, but they are generally attentive and kind. Meals can be served incorrectly, such as receiving chicken tenders instead of a supreme dinner, and sometimes items may be out of stock. However, when the food is served, it is reported to be fresh and delicious, especially the hot chicken. The restaurant has parking spots and sidewalk access for wheelchairs and is generally kid-friendly. On the downside, the drive-thru line can move slowly.
