Most of the time the food is hot and good. The customer service is pretty good most of the time.
This Bojangles is disappointing, has far too long of a wait, it has to be chalk full of health code violations. I’ve been handed overcooked chicken, to go containers with mystery material on the bottom of it, and a whole bunch of disappointment.

Bojangles, located on 10th st in Greenville, offers a variety of meals including chicken, fries, and unsweetened tea. The service can be hit or miss, depending on the staff, but they are generally attentive and kind. Meals can be served incorrectly, such as receiving chicken tenders instead of a supreme dinner, and sometimes items may be out of stock. However, when the food is served, it is reported to be fresh and delicious, especially the hot chicken. The restaurant has parking spots and sidewalk access for wheelchairs and is generally kid-friendly. On the downside, the drive-thru line can move slowly.
