I love Bojangles, probably my favorite fast food. This Bojangles is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I’ve gone here for 2 years because it is close to my work. Everytime I have ever gone the wait is atleast 20minutes even with nobody else in line, and I have never gotten my food fresh, it is always either wrong or old and cold.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. I don't go to bojangles very often, but I do recall that all the other locations that I have visited in the past have had fried chicken early in the morning. In the Greenville area and Raleigh areas. I went with some family and I wanted to order 3 piece meal of fried chicken. The lady at the registered told me that it was available until after 1030am, it was 9am. So I ordered a chicken biscuit meal. One of my family members who was with me ordered grits as a side for her meal. After waiting for almost 5 minutes for our order, the young man told us that they were out of grits and offered a different side. We asked if they were completely out or if it cooking. He said it was going to be 10 minutes. She took the different side that was offered. After we had been eating and talking for about 20 minutes, I went up to the counter to get her a side of grits because she really wanted them. When I went to place the order, they said that they were cooking and it was going to be 10 minutes. So I asked why does it take 30 minutes to cook them. The young lady said that it didn't take that long. And that when I told her that when we first placed our order almost 30 minutes earlier, we were told that they were going to be 10 minutes. She had just arrived for her shift, so she was not aware that we had ordered them with our original order and that we were already told the same thing. She was very friendly. It wasn't her fault that the shift leader or management wasn't leading the team and making sure that food wasn't running out or low.

I just went through the drive thru at the 10th st location in Greenville. I ordered a 3 pc supreme dinner with a regular fry and sweet tea and honey mustard.I was given 3 chicken tenders, a large fry, a sweet tea, and no honey mustard.thanks for the free food, but it means nothing to me without the sauce. upsetti

I just wanted to reach out and state that I waited a total of twenty minutes for a three piece dinner, that I was told initially would take three. And with my lunch break being over, I asked for a refund before I was late back to work, so I waited all that time and didn’t even get my food.I work in food service, and I’m respectful of all the workers, and I just ask that they are respectful with my time as well as my order. I don’t frequent here often, but I’ve learned that I will no longer be making a return to this location.

12/13/23 - Waited 13 mins on my order. They have 1 cashier taking orders and making the orders as well. I don’t usually wait long at this location, but today was ridiculous. Ordered my food @9:41am and walked out @9:58am!! Whoever was on the grill showed no passion to work whatsoever, and the person on the sandwich station lacked speed and seemed lost and confused. The cashier that rung me up was nice and polite and had a smile the entire time amongst the chaos that was going on. The MOD was also handling the employees very well. This is my favorite location, but today wasn’t it.
Good luck waiting in the drive through! Multiple occasions between 2pm-4pm I’ve just left and gone beside Bojangles to Cook Out because I’ve had to stay there for nearly 5 minutes getting a line behind me and no one takes my order.
