The serving sizes vary too much by shift/employee. The acai bowls are delicious but at almost $15 I expect the full serving. Some employees pour only half the serving of acai and barely any toppings, even though there’s a line on the bowl showing them how much is needed and instructions on how much toppings to add. Please train all your employees to do the full serving. I’m requesting a partial refund from my credit card company.

Terrible customer service! The Guy/Girl (not sure) did not Greet me or Say Hello or How can I help you! Just stood there on the phone. After I placed my order another customer came in and He or she Just stood there for a solid 2 minutes on the phone. The customer had to say something before anyone greeted him. Whom ever the owner is needs to retrain. This is your Frontline. Fix it Sir/Ma'am!!! The 2 people you had in that store on 6/2/2026 around 7:30pm are not it!!!
