“4 stars because of the food and not the service. I have been here a total of 3 times.The first time I came, the food was so delicious that I had to come back again.Unfortunately there were new cooks and the food was not good.Janice waited on us and is just the most delightful person I have ever met in my life.I decided to come back ONE more time,just because Janice was so wonderful.Luckily she was still there and waited on us and when I tell you she is the epitome of customer service I am not exaggerating. The food was disappointing as they only had 3 cheeseburgers and I needed 5 and the wait time would have been 45 minutes.Then when we received our cheeseburgers they were burnt to a crisp and tasted like charcoal.The guy at the front was very professional and made it up to us with a replacement. Overall the SERVICE and ATMOSPHERE are great, however please get the old cooks back!! I will give them one more try simply because of Janice.Kid-friendliness: Janice is so wonderful and makes you feel so welcomed.“
“What started out on a lower note ended on a high note! This was our first visit to this establishment, there was no wait for a table and we were promptly seated at the very first table by the door near the hostess station, as we were looking over our menus I noticed that 3 other families, came in... were also promptly seated then attended to by a server. After 13 minutes of sitting at our table with our menus and no service, I tried flagging down someone to please help us, I managed to finally get one young woman to look at me as I waved and motioned to her to please come over, 7 minutes later we had our server Kyle come to our table (20 minute wait total) I understand when you are super busy and short staffed these type of things happen, the restaurant wasn't busy, several empty tables inside and out and 3 other parties were seated and served after us. I will say Kyle was apologetic for our wait and he was a very good server as well. By the time we received our beverages and got ready to order my partner was just frustrated and wanted to leave, I'm glad I talked him into staying because the food was very good! I had the Bistro Burger and Fries, and my partner ordered the Western BBQ Burger with house chips. I thought my burger and fried were delicious, very fresh and cooked perfectly, he enjoyed his Western Burger, but the house chips were just clumped together in a ball rather than single chips which made them difficult to enjoy. Kyle kept a check on our table the rest of our visit which I appreciated so I tipped him well. I am going to give this place another try, the food was very good and fresh, i think there just needs to be more communication with the wait staff/hostess. Everyone has an \\\"off\\\" day now and then, so I'll definitely go back for another visit in the future. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were well stocked as well.“
“It was way tooo cold to enjoy our meals!!! The food was great!!! I got a salad with ff and the fries were cold when they reached our table!! I noticed other people holding their shoulders!!! It should never be that cold in a restaurant to where your food is cold before reaching the table!! Had to sit in car with heater on afterwards and i had to go out to car to get my coat!!“
“Blacken shrimp tacos were very good.This place is your typical. Cheers, dive bar. A place when there are a lot of regulars.This was my first time here and they were not that busy (but most students were out of town for Cbristmas. Not sure what it is like when college is in session.)“
“Julep hosted my mother's 70 birthday party and provided excellent service for my party of 32 people with ease.Our event coordinator, Lisa, helped plan the event and offered exceptional service. The pricing was as discussed, and she ensured all our requests were met.During the event, Sarah and Ariel ensured the room was set up to our taste, the projector was functional, and the buffet was delicious. They worked hard to ensure our requests were met.Now the food, Lord, and Behold! Hats off to Justin and others involved with preparing the food and dessert. What a delicious spread. The NC Fish, BBQ Roasted Chicken, creamed corn, mashed potatoes, and red velvet cupcake were so on point.Overall, my mother enjoyed herself, and we appreciate the time and effort put into making this a success. “Haven't personally gone yet but had it delivered for the first time earlier this week. We got the cheese eggs, bacon, hashbrown and pancake plate. It was so incredibly good that we ordered again today and added the bacon and cheese croissant. Amazing homestyle breakfast!! Highly recommend.“

The inside has been refurbished but still a little old looking.Parking: There is no parking in the front, only on the left or right side of Red Lobster.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces are located on the right or left side of the building.“

There are few things as gratifying as a triple pile of hashbrowns Covered, Chunked and Country'd on a cold day. However, I do miss the porkchops ?. Thanks, progress!? Pro-Tip: if you want to know if someone is from, or adopted by the South... Ask them how they take their Waffle House hashbrowns. “Awesome atmosphere, friendly service as well as patrons. Kids and families are welcome, and often in attendance. (Kid friendly zone, thats hard to find) Food and specialty cocktails are great. We love the guenuiss ribs. Bands and other entertainment throughout the week. This became our 'go to' place for some fun and doubles as a sneak inn date night when we cant get a sitter and kids tag along. Its the perfect balance between restaurant and bar so you dont have to feel like you have your kids at the bar. Other kids often there and playing together. Super great place. Highly reccomend..also the deck is somewhat inclosed by plastic liner so its not cold and u can smoke/vapeKid-friendliness: As said before, perfect balance between restaurant and bar. “This was one of the best meals we have ever eaten at a Waffle House! Not to mention the cleanest one I've ever seen! Everyone needs to check this one out! The staff was so fast and friendly and made you feel like you were at home. My husband and I got the same thing and it was just to die for! “Staff were not very friendly. I had to ask several times to get our drinks. I also had to ask several times to get napkins Food was not up to the standard that one expects from Cracker Barrel. They were out of several entrees we requested. The coffee tasted stale. The Country store was the only highlight of this trip. The Country store is nice especially if you want speciality sodas you can't get easily at other stores such as Big Red, Moxie, Nehi Peach etc.“
“Decided to stop & try this place based on the online menu pics & wanting to try a new place & I must admit it didn't disappoint! It was cozy & the waitress was friendly & helpful with any questions about the menu, our food came out quickly. It wasn't extremely busy, but did have a bit of a crowd for a Tuesday morning but that's self-explanatory. I highly suggest trying them out!“
