“Great Eggs Benedict! We order it weekly and is constantly wonderful. Eggs are perfectly cooked. I am impressed with the wait staff, as they are friendly, patient and kind with the elderly and couples with babies. Coffee is better than the usual diner coffee. You know a place is good when you see the same people there week after week.“

“I’ve been eating at Hog Heaven since the late 80s, the food is always amazing, fresh, hot and delicious, the family has always been friendly with a warm greeting, the restaurant is always spotless, you get twice the food you pay for, There isn’t another restaurant around that gives you great food for a great price, My favorite is the trout plate, for the people with negative comments maybe you should brush your teeth first and get the crap out of your mouth before you bad mouth our small town and our restaurants.“

“What a great place in Washington NC. Good food , great drinks and Awesome service. Our waitress Chantel was great, very friendly and efficient. She answered whatever questions we had and if she wasn’t sure, she would check with the bartender. We will definitely go back when we are visiting in the area , and hope to see Chantel again.“

My husband and I split an order of peel & eat shrimp as an appetizer. Omg. So good. The old bay and butter complimented them perfectly.

I had the catfish po boy with a side of pasta salad, and also added a side of cinnamon apples, with sweet tea to drink.
My husband got the Cajun catfish with pasta and had fries on the side, because we were dying to try their come back sauce.

Literally everything was perfect. I have never had catfish that was breaded and fried so lightly and beautifully, with just the right amount of crisp. The pasta salad was exactly what I was expecting, and the apples rounded out my meal with the perfect amount of sweetness.

“We enjoyed visiting the Mulberry so much. We started downstairs where we met Sydney who was very kind and helped us out not only with our visit but also taking the time to help us find somewhere to stay for the night. Then we ventured upstairs to visit the rooftop where we met Colin and Lexi who served us while we sat at the bar for a couple drinks and some appetizers. Colin was a joy to talk to and hear about all of the interesting things he’s done and is doing. We followed that up with dinner downstairs where we enjoyed the ribs and the French onion soup.“
