“Love Dunkin so much. Love going there before work for coffee and breakfast. My go to drink is a medium frozen coffee with caramel and oatmilk and it never misses. Most of the people are pretty nice and helpful, there has been an instance of workers having attitudes with each other on the line because of some kitchen frustration. Everytime I have gone they have had it correct and completed in a timely manner. Sometimes it does get busy but they are good with keeping up with mobile orders“

“Customer service was on point this morning. I came through around 10:15 am and they were swamped, both in the drive thru and inside the restaurant. I ordered 2 sandwich combos with coffee and tea through the drive thru. Got my drinks right away, but there was a bit of a backlog on the food. The shift leader, whoever she is, was very attentive. Since the drive thru line couldn't move while I was waiting for my food, she never stood still. Refilling supplies, making fresh coffee - always making sure things were being taken care of. She even offered me a donut for my wait, but I wasn't in any rush. The gesture was appreciated all the same. Overall, I didn't mind waiting, because the food was delicious. Hashbrowns were crispy (just the way I like them) and the sandwiches were prepared accurately. I'd rather wait a little and know the food is prepared well rather than have it rushed through and not be right. All in all, I'm very pleased with their service. They were very busy, but they appeared to be operating well and working together nicely. A+“
“I went out to take care of somethings and found out about Grounded after meeting the owner! So my Husband and I went over (I love coffee) and let me just say the experience, the vibe, the coffee and the food were amazing. It gives me a vibe from back home. We walked in and were greeted by every single person there. Including Poppy who is the nicest and sweetest! We call my grandfather Poppy and we talked about how it's common where we are from. My Husband had the Golden Kiss of Death and WHEW!! It will definitely wake you up! I had The Sweet Carolina and it was sooo good. We had the Fireman sandwich for breakfast the croissant roll was light fluffy and sweet, eggs were perfect with banana peppers, pepperoni and pepper jack cheese. Poppy and I were explaining (or trying to explain!) what pork roll is to my Husband (he's from here) and Poppy went and fried him a slice and now he's hooked ?Pretty sure I just found a new favorite!!“
“The bakery has several types of breads, of which we tried three. All were mildly sweet, soft on the inside and had a nice light crust. One was a pastry item with cream cheese on the inside. It reminded me of the cheese danishes you find everywhere, except the cream cheese was on the inside. Very tasty. The gentleman that helped us was working in the back when we came in, and was quick to help and explain the different breads. They also sell other items, such as spices, drinks, pantry food and ice cream. A nice bakery and small tienda.“
“This Dunkin Donuts use to be my favorite, on fire tower Rd until they changed staff. All of them are very young and not as attentive and previous staff. Your wait is much longer at the register. I don't go as often as did but I still love their coffee. Way better than Starbucks.“
“This was such a great place!! It was so fun picking out doughnuts to make. The owners were the nicest people ever and explained everything. We have never been here so this was so much fun. The lady, who sadly I missed her name but was the owner with her husband, was great at explaining how it worked and her husband was making the doughnuts in the back. I have to say these doughnuts ? ? were so incredibly yummy and fresh. They are the best doughnuts I have ever had!! If you have never had these, you must absolutely go and try these and make your own flavor!! They are so awesome!.“
