“One morning, I ordered my usual honey citrus mint tea "medicine ball" as a casual pick-me-up (it's also wonderful if you're sick). It was good as usual but what was the absolute best about my experience was the vibe and energy of the barista, Patt! He made my morning! From the beginning of the order until the end and most certainly thereafter, he was so bright and joyous! I loved it. I paid for the person behind me because the great spirit of his customer service was contagious! KUDOS TO PATT!“

“I don’t know the individual I spoke with but I made an order for some donuts at 8:45pm not realizing they closed at 9pm, i called to ask if they could atleast put them outside since they were closing and i already paid, he told me to just come knock on the door and he would happily bring them out and if it was too late he would tape the box up super good and leave them for me! He was super friendly and helpful the whole phone call and made my entire night! Duck Donuts is very lucky to have him as an employee!“

“The staff is super friendly and professional. From Courtney, the bar manager to Leslie, the bartender, we felt seen and attended to. Great beer list with delicious snacks to enjoy while drinking. The habanero wings are some of the best and hottest wings we have eaten, and the kettle chips with Pimento Cheese are delicious.“

My only complaint would be no mobile ordering but I’m sure it has more to do with Harris Teeter than with the actual Starbucks. If only this Starbucks was located in the parking lot and not inside the actual grocery store that it is I’m sure it would be among the best in the country.“

The staff is very well trained, knowledgeable, and patient because if you know me, I gotta million questions, and it takes me forever to make my mind up.
