I was deeply saddened and concerned during my visit when I noticed that the employees were working outside in extreme heat without any visible fans or cooling system. The temperature was around 103 degrees, and watching them stand in direct sunlight while continuing to serve customers was truly upsetting.

What made this even more concerning was that the structure appeared to have mounting brackets or attachments for fans or cooling equipment, yet none had been installed. It was difficult to understand why those features were not being used, especially considering the intense summer heat.

Despite these challenging conditions, every employee I observed remained professional, hardworking, and dedicated. Even though I could see signs of exhaustion, they continued to provide excellent customer service with positive attitudes and genuine commitment. They deserve to be recognized and appreciated for their efforts.

I want to emphasize that the drinks were outstanding, and I truly enjoyed my experience as a customer. My only concern is for the well-being of the employees who work so hard every day.

I respectfully ask the owner and management to consider installing fans or another effective cooling system as soon as possible. Providing a safer and more comfortable work environment would not only show appreciation for your employees but also demonstrate your commitment to their health and well-being.

“Visited Blackbeard Coffee Roasters while in Greenville, NC. Glad I stopped. My cortado was excellent! Smooth medium roast espresso and finely textured milk made for an enjoyable drink. Worth the trip!“

Oh and can’t forget how delicious the coffee is so many different options and flavors and they will always help you with recommendations :) I do wish they would add blonde espresso to the menu but that’s alright it’s still a very great place you should definitely stop by!!“

“I love this location and personally feel like it is the best Starbucks location in Greenville. I typically order the iced brown sugar shaken espresso and at many of the locations it can have a bit of a burnt flavor to it however I have never had that issue here. The people are almost always amazing and rarely have bad days. I appreciate all the hard work the employees have put into the building and the coffee. I love the location it is at. The inside and outside seating is right up my alley.“

The service is great and the drinks are delicious. Today I even messed up and sent my mobile order to the wrong location and they were very friendly and quick with helping me correct this to get back to work. This staff is top notch. I’m so glad these great kids work right down the road from me! They make my work day so much better“
