“The ladies working this morning made my day!!! I’ve never visited this shop before but I’m currently in town and needed my caffeine fix. The girls talked with me like I was a friend not just a customer. They were so freaking sweet and helped me decide on two coffees based on what my husband and I normally like. They were so patient and kind! We had lots of laughs too! My coffee was so delicious!!! Honestly 10/10 experience! Those ladies made my day!“

“I love this Starbucks! Everyone there is so kind. Kelsey and Jasmine always go out of their way to say hi to us when we stop in and if it’s not busy check in on how my baby is doing and everyone else is always polite and upbeat. Food and drinks are almost always made right (and when they’re not they quickly remake it for us and it’s perfect). My favorite is the kind notes they sometimes write on the cups and bags! Those always make my day.“

“This Dunkin is AWESOME!! Today I came into the store looking for a drink that was peanut buttery but also had that marshmallow flair. The barista, Caroline, was quick to offer up the Fluffernutter Cloud Latte. I quickly said “I need that in my life rn”. She rang me up expertly as the awesome manager, Iris, made the drink in a surprisingly short amount of time. WOW… there I was with a cup full of deliciousness in my possession. First sip, oh my word… so good. I looked into their donut case as their assistant manager, Zoey, was refilling it and there were so many delicious looking options Jelly filled, strawberry w sprinkles, and Creme Delight! The cafe is clean and I loved enjoying the ambiance in their seating area.“

“I had a very rare pleasant experience early this morning! I used the app to order and went through the drive-thru. I had contact with three female employees. ALL THREE were pleasant, kind, and personable. Smiling. This is a first in my lifetime, and I'll be 60 this year. So I guess it's close to a miracle. Especially since my order was correct also! They should be thanked!
The only problem was that I used points to get a small coffee, but then couldn't order from the Deals section. I can understand not being able to use 2 deals, but not being able to use a deal and redeem points I earned in the same transaction is pretty ridiculous.
Just par for the course though. With the Monoply game, there were limitations on getting your prizes. Another ridiculous rule!
I love the biscuits and gravy, but today will be my last order for them. It's just one biscuit with some gravy, but it's almost $4!!
That's too high for what it is. I'll just start making my own, and freeze portions.
Also, I had some major issues at McDonald's locations in Miami last Fall that were never addressed. Not for my lack of effort.
So I continue to rarely visit McDonald's, and spend as little as possible.
That's the way it will remain. Maybe at some point, I'll boycott you completely. I've already done that with Subway, KFC, and Arby's. McDonald's deserves my boycott the most though. However, you've been a staple in my life, so you've gotten more chances.“

“This is most def one of the top 5 mcdonalds in size i have ever seen, but considering its location and traffic, i could see why they had to accommodate..not only for non stop drive thrue customers but a little steady flow of walk ins and the crew to handle the onslaught of continuous orders. Customer service is the best from my personal experiences, but also from my observation on how they handle the excessive drive-through orders very organized, they still keep their corporate standard of x amount of time per order. Very friendly, they also excersized suggestive selling techniques, which doesn't happen often... nothing like hearing the words "would you like fries with that?".. on point love it from a managers perspective. Food quality considering how fast they are moving is great quality of taste even better plus it seemed fresh and juicy always tastes better when its fresh off the grill as apposed to sitting in the heater trays that dries them out...this should be consistant at this location because they have to keep making more as the orders come barreling through. The atmosphere is flawless from the hassle and bustle of the employees to the lack of better words not hearing a single complaint from any customers abd I've been sitting here for a couple hours usually you will hear 3 to 4 so they make sure there orders are made to order. The design and architecture of this mcdonalds i really liked it alot very modern i couldn't resist taking a bunch of photos. Extra kudos for the prestine well kept restroom i hardly ever take photos of restrooms so when i past one... they take care of it and it looks good. The best mcdonalds ever through and through.“
