“Normal experience with Dunkin. Have never had any bad experiences of the many times I've come here. Usually good service and food/drinks. The drive thru normally takes a little while to get through during the busy times of the day but thats not crazy for where it's located.“
“Lil Bean is the only place I eat at now in Jacksonville. Hands down the best food in the area. I’m always impressed with their quality, friendly and personable customer service, and even at their most busy times, their efficiency is always on point. I can always manage to call ahead and pick up my order before work, and never have to worry about being held up there (one of my favorite qualities of them!). I love eating in there too, it’s so comfortable and welcoming. They always make my coffees perfectly (and I’m picky!). This place, the people, + the owners are a 10/10. A gem in Jacksonville.“

“Walked in, immediate first impression was that it’s clean, organized and welcoming. The two people working both greeted me even though they were clearly busy. The order went quickly, payment easy and staff was friendly and talkative throughout the process. Hubs got regular coffee, I had the blueberry crumble-which was amazing. IMO prices were the same as Dunkin; but I had to drive a third the distance and had a wonderful experience that I feel would be more consistent. We’ll be making it a daily trip, definitely worth trying.“
“Want a coffee that isnt your basic starbucks? Look no further. Every time I’m home from break i come here to grab a bite and support a local shop. The service? Amazing- these people are so kind and friendly. The food? Delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety (and fast)! The drinks? Amazing and never fail to make me feel satisfied. “Love the atmosphere, but I wish that there were more lunch items. Decided to try this place out, based on signs outside advertising breakfast, brunch, and lunch. I ordered a BLT with extra bacon, but the sandwich was lacking in bacon. If you're looking for a coffee shop with wifi, I'd recommend this place!Kid-friendliness: Games on tables and a nice changing table in the bathroom.“

“Been stopping in since they opened in Sneads Ferry and they do not disappoint. All of the staff is extremely friendly and even appease my son when he wants whipped cream in a cup. Summer is usually who I see most days and she's always so friendly, bubbly, and kind. I love the staff here!“

This place also sells lots of Boba Teas and specialty coffees, along with cakes, cheesecakes, danishes, and other confectioneries. It's a relaxed atmosphere with comfortable seating. My most recent experience was an order ahead from the app, and they had my drink ready in under 5 minutes despite having a long line of cars at the drive through.I also like the art and layout of the tables. “What a great place to grab an authentic NY style bagel and a cup of coffee. Let me say one of the best bagels I have ever had. The staff is super friendly and helpful . The selection is huge and they also make breakfast all day, or made to order sandwiches . This little gem is located in Sneeds Ferry so don’t miss a chance to grab a bite. I highly recommend and will definitely return.“
“My husband and I stop by here pretty often when we get done with the gym and we get a protein shake. They have a bunch of different flavors but my favorite is the birthday cake one. Surprisingly these drinks are actually very healthy and not loaded with carbs, sugar, and calories! Even though they taste like dessert, they're not. The customer service is always good here too!“
“Lindyzay the manager is the best. Im not use to star bucks. She always makes me feel welcomed she always has good recommendations and everyone is super cool and nice when she runs the shift. Plus the make sure to call your name. Which is nice because other times you never know if your order is ready you just have to look up and see. Best shift ever“
“Baristas are friendly they are quick and efficient it beats the line to Dunkin Donuts outside though there is no drive-thru you would walk in you will still walk out faster than waiting in the Drive-Thru Elsewhere for your cup of coffee they know their drinks and will not hesitate to make it custom to your liking“
