This McDonald’s was a disappointing experience. While the food is familiar and convenient, this visit fell short of expectations.
The biggest issues were with the overall service and consistency. Orders need to be checked more carefully, and there needs to be more attention given to making sure customers receive what they actually ordered. When people are paying for a meal, they should not have to double-check everything before leaving or worry about missing items.

The staff here is always so kind. The food is hot and well seasoned. Service is great. Hands down, this is the best McDonald’s in Jacksonville.
