“The attendant and manager were extremely accommodating, and when I spilled a shake, they did everything they could to provide me with everything I needed to cleanup. They also gave me a free extra shake. As well as the double smasher, burgers were on point and smiles. Great customer service. Give these two girls a raise. I wish I remember their names.

This was all within thirty minutes of them closing too, so the amount of enthusiasm and just general courtesy was very professional.“

“We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but an apology would've been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn't expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I'd asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.

Although we didn't speak, I was very surprised and impressed that he'd even go through the trouble of calling me. “Kolden was the absolute best. Last night me and my friends came in (a group of 5) and all ordered on one tab. Kolden was the one helping us at the register and he was very fun, patient, and accommodating. After we had ordered everything and he was reviewing our order, my friend wanted to swap out her food. Kolden did not problem and asked everyone if they were good. Then when our food was ready he had brought it all out, we were having trouble pin pointing who’s food was who’s and where some was, and Kolden stayed and helped us until we had figured it all out.“

“So admittedly, I hadn't eaten from Burger King in a very long time. Until today. I had been wanting to try the impossible Whopper for a while. Since BK started selling it honestly! So, I decided to go for it today. And I was pleasantly surprised! Yeah, it's Burger King and it's fast food, but it was pretty good! By the way, I ordered through GrubHub and got it delivered. Even with the delivery time and all, the food arrived fairly warm, the order was accurate, even the fries tasted good! That's an achievement in my book. Especially for food delivery. **ONLY access to the station is narrow road with a curb in the middle..dumb, but probably needed. May be a little tricky with a trailer or long rig... Plus leaving the the station you must turn right. The curb in the road makes this difficult..at the next intersection, again small narrow roads**

“The atmosphere is barren walls with rough-sawn barn boards and minimal decoration. Typical fast-food booths and a few tables with chairs. “I had a very rare pleasant experience early this morning! I used the app to order and went through the drive-thru. I had contact with three female employees. ALL THREE were pleasant, kind, and personable. Smiling. This is a first in my lifetime, and I'll be 60 this year. So I guess it's close to a miracle. Especially since my order was correct also! The only problem was that I used points to get a small coffee, but then couldn't order from the Deals section. I can understand not being able to use 2 deals, but not being able to use a deal and redeem points I earned in the same transaction is pretty ridiculous.

Also, I had some major issues at McDonald's locations in Miami last Fall that were never addressed. Not for my lack of effort.
So I continue to rarely visit McDonald's, and spend as little as possible.

Ordered a family pack- 2 pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. The pizza on the left was ok ish, edible at least. The pizza on the right was as hard as a rock as if it were made last week and reheated. Inedible, even if I wanted to try to eat it. The breadsticks were… weird, like an “old” taste, or a “fridge” taste is the best I can describe. The only good thing I can say is it got here within 30 mins of ordering… but likely because none of this was made fresh. Mind blown.“
