“We ate there for the first time on Sunday and i had the grilled chicken wrap. it was the best one i have had in years. fresh and amasing flavor. my grandson had the pulled pork and chicken figers and said it was amazing . we will absolutely be back.“

“My two grandsons and myself ate here on June 8th. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and my boys ordered burgers. I had onion rings with my sandwich and they were good. The French fries on the boys plate were too skinny but they said the tasted OK. It was a pleasure that the drinks from the drink machine tasted nice and strong with no after taste. Most place don't realize the CO tank cause the after taste. We will definitely eat here again.“

“So admittedly, I hadn't eaten from Burger King in a very long time. Until today. I had been wanting to try the impossible Whopper for a while. Since BK started selling it honestly! So, I decided to go for it today. And I was pleasantly surprised! Yeah, it's Burger King and it's fast food, but it was pretty good! By the way, I ordered through GrubHub and got it delivered. Even with the delivery time and all, the food arrived fairly warm, the order was accurate, even the fries tasted good! That's an achievement in my book. Especially for food delivery. I was pleasantly surprised with this, and I would probably order again. The impossible Whopper was huge by the way!“

“We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but an apology would've been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn't expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I'd asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.

Got home I had cole slaw, 2 mashed potatoes. No mac and cheese. From now on I'll check my order before I leave the place. This isn't the first time my order was wrong. In my opinion; they need to pay attention to what they're doing.“

“I had a very rare pleasant experience early this morning! I used the app to order and went through the drive-thru. I had contact with three female employees. ALL THREE were pleasant, kind, and personable. Smiling. This is a first in my lifetime, and I'll be 60 this year. So I guess it's close to a miracle. Especially since my order was correct also! The only problem was that I used points to get a small coffee, but then couldn't order from the Deals section. I can understand not being able to use 2 deals, but not being able to use a deal and redeem points I earned in the same transaction is pretty ridiculous.
Just par for the course though. With the Monoply game, there were limitations on getting your prizes. Another ridiculous rule!
I love the biscuits and gravy, but today will be my last order for them. It's just one biscuit with some gravy, but it's almost $4!!

Also, I had some major issues at McDonald's locations in Miami last Fall that were never addressed. Not for my lack of effort.
So I continue to rarely visit McDonald's, and spend as little as possible.
