“Came in for a quick dinner on 6/19/25, they were absolutely slammed. About 4 or 5 boys behind the counter just absolutely grinding the line and the call in/onlines. Despite the work load, they were all super friendly and cheerful. Each one said something personalized or cheerful to me and smiled or cracked a joke. While I sat here eating until about 830, 30 mins before close, another big rush hit. Not one sigh or bad word about the customers or work load. I dont know who owns this franchise or whos training these young men, but theyre killing it. Wish my home JM was this good. Big compliments to the boys, they killed it tonight.“

“Used to be a very professional place that was always hott and gave you what you delivered. Tonight I was met by a rude lady who told me luxe box was no longer on the menu even though I was clearly looking at it. After a brief argument about what limited time meant we finished our order and pulled up. Was given our good without being asked what sauce we would like so when I asked for lots of fire (I had just ordered 6 burritos) I was told she couldnt give me a lot but here was a few. Ugh got home and not only was my wife's chips missing completely from the bag but everyone of the sauces are covered in yuck. Happy Cape Carteret is opening one as I love taco bell but this one sure has fallen off in the last year.“

“Good Bojangles food. Service was quick, food hot. Order was wrong initially, but the employee at the drive through made it right. Located just off the intracoastal waterway. Traffic can be heavy as it is located at a major intersection leading to highly traveled beach locations.“
