“Floor cleaning staff were friendly but the cashier acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. Restaurant was missing a solid atmosphere. Needed some real chick fila decorations. Will be back but hope I don’t get that same cashier.“

We'll after our meal she took it to a level I couldn't believe. She gathered up the employees and where she got the candle from who knows and dimmed the lights and they all came out to sing for him. The look of surprise on his face was priceless. I want to thank the employees and especially Zan for this beautiful gesture. Thank you so much to all of you!“

And so we went and ate inside Taco Bell in James city and the staff were so friendly and having a good time and the restaurant was clean and in order as well. I recommend this Taco Bell.“

“Don’t usually do this, but I like to give credit where credit is due. Whoever worked tonight at this Arby’s was on point. I ordered in the drive thru and from service, to the wraps and sandwiches, to the fries… Everything was perfect. Perfectly cooked, perfectly wrapped, perfectly made. I’ve been to this Arby’s a few times in the past, kind of subpar before especially with slapping the sandwiches together, but not with the staff now. The sandwiches and wraps looked like they came right out of the commercial. Keep it up.“

“I used to live in the south and have always thought Zaxby's was the best for fast food fried chicken and other things. Now that I visit I try to make a visit every trip. The fried white cheddar bites are my favorite and the chicken never disappoints!“

“While I usually have great experiences when coming to this location, I was not overly impressed with the young lady working the second drive thru window. When I placed my order, I asked for two natural lemonades with my order. I paid at the first window and went to the next. The young lady hands me a regular cup. I asked is this the natural lemonade. She reply’s no it’s the Minute Maid. I told her I ordered the natural as I don’t care for the other. She informed me that she rang me up for the Minute Maid. I replied to her that I asked for the natural. My daughter looked at me and said you asked for the natural, I heard you. The young lady returns with the correct lemonade and hands the first one out the window and says next time make sure you say natural when ordering. I responded to her with I did and I asked ordered two of them. Having worked fast food and worn the head sets I understand that it is sometimes difficult to hear things. But having worked in customer service and still do, her response to her mistake was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. While I will continue to go to this location, I hope this situation will be used as a training lesson for the employees that mistakes happen, but it is unacceptable for customers to be spoken to in that manner by an employee.“

“I'm from Chicago and I miss Chicago pizza terribly.
I've lived in MA, CT and now NC and have not found ANY pizza that I could even like, let alone continue to order from.
I just had to say, while it's still not Chicago pizza, this particular restaurant does not disappoint.
When I ask for extra sauce and extra cheese, they give me exactly that! The pizza is very good and I do order on a regular basis.
I've learned to make my own, somewhat comparable to what I grew up on but when I'm feeling lazy, Papa John's on Glenburnie is it!!!

Service was good too. I gave it a 4 because one part of my order was misunderstood, but it wasn’t a big sea and the staff is super nice.

“Cookout sauce” is similar to a honey barbecue. My picky 5 year old liked it with her fries.

“I think that this subway in James City is the best it's ever been. It wasn't always like this. I walked in 2 weeks ago craving a meatball sub. I was greeted by a very pleasant young woman who explained that they now honored the ads for subway! She also told me.about the automatic double cheese on sandwiches. I was so impressed with her info and told her so. She said they was a new owner , which was music to my ears. Misty was the best promoter I've ever encountered in a food service wstablishmentlike Subway“

“Tried to do a google review but it wouldn't let me. If you're going to go to KFC I'd highly suggest this location. We had a fairly hefty order and were quoted a 30 minute wait at a different location. I called KFC Neuse Blvd and they had all of the food ready within 10 minutes. It was genuinely impressive. Big shoutout to Steve & Justin for the great customer service and the speedy service! 10/10 on speed of service, friendliness of staff, and quality or food. Thanks again!“

“Visiting New Bern area, we stopped to grab lunch. The fish sandwich deluxe was great. Crispy and not oily. Well put together.

We tried the chicken rice bowl. This was a different option.

Another person got a egg and cheese combo.

“Stopped by on our way to Havelock for a quick bite to eat. My boyfriend and I both ordered the cub meals. I personally ordered the cub meal with chow mean and mushroom chicken. My boyfriend ordered his with chow mein and teriyaki chicken. Both came with a decent amount of food a drink and a side of apple chips for only $6.80 a meal. Not bad! The drive thru and window service was very good. Woman was very nice and helpful and we didn’t wait long. Food was a 6/10 for Me. The chicken tasted good, but it all tasted similar to hospital food to me. The chow mein was a bit chewy as well but I ate my meal and was pleased! Would go back to try something different!“
