I was on my way to lay to rest a relative and when I opened my biscuit and found my chicken in a heart shape, it was all I could do to hold back the tears. Thanks Bojangles, you made a sad occasion into one of peace just with a simple piece of chicken!
Ive lived on both sides of the state, so ive been in many, many Bojos. This seems to be one of the worst in terms of having enough staff and when you dont have the help, things such as customer service (refills) and cleanliness suffer. The mgt seems to be frazzled (maybe because of the staff problems) and snappy with the help. Seems like the food has been sitting for a while if you dont go during peak hours. If you do go during peak hours be prepared to wait, as ive mentioned....read full review

The inside of the restaurant was clean, and it is a popular spot for chicken lovers, with ample parking available for convenience. There is usually a line, and sometimes items like the grilled chicken are out at lunch time.
