I was on my way to lay to rest a relative and when I opened my biscuit and found my chicken in a heart shape, it was all I could do to hold back the tears. Thanks Bojangles, you made a sad occasion into one of peace just with a simple piece of chicken!
Excellent teamwork on a very stressful Friday morning! Dining room was full and drive-through never ending. Front register was down. Young lady was writing orders on slips of paper and processing payment at the drive-thru register. Employees were efficient and pleasant! Customers were understanding and patient. Great job everyone! 👏

The grilled chicken sandwich is the best, served with a great big thick slice of tomato. They have the best sweet tea and popular sides like dirty rice and grits. The overall experience includes a friendly and helpful staff, though some retraining may be needed. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and it is a popular spot for chicken lovers, with ample parking available for convenience. There is usually a line, and sometimes items like the grilled chicken are out at lunch time.
