The manager owner was so professional. I was trying to get the BOGO and online wasn’t taking not taking my money. So I went to the store then it wouldn’t come up online at all. But this gentleman took care of the problem quickly he lost out of a sub but made it right even though he didn’t have too. That’s what we need more of and by the way the subs were great go visit this charming gentleman and his crew. This was on Glenbernie rd in New Bern
This is a good Subway! Great place to grab a sub and chips and sit down to eat something healthy. I often get the footlong veggie sub and take the other half to work for later. The staff is friendly. employee turn-around can be high so somedays you may not get the same service but we still always manage to get good food.
Nothing but love for the younger ones as well

The fresh ingredients and sliced meats make the sandwiches tasty. Using coupons helps to save money. The store is located in a shopping center with plenty of free parking and easy wheelchair accessibility. The staff always remembers regular customers' orders and greets everyone with a smile, making each visit pleasant. Don't forget to try the cookies, they are always good. Online orders are processed quickly, and the manager is always friendly and encouraging to staff, especially during busy times.
