Waffle fries are still bad, can't yu at least cook fresh ones through the drive thru. I will never get those ag3 and I'm sure it doesn't matter to you, yall just work there. 🙃

Absolutely. I’d keep your point—and your frustration—but make it tighter and more polished so it comes across as fair criticism rather than just a complaint.

Chick-fil-A offers good food, with excellent chicken and fries. The staff can be super friendly, and the restaurant is generally very clean. The managers, Michelle, Laverne, and Molly, are top notch, and Molly often goes above and beyond to get orders right with a great attitude. The atmosphere has changed a bit from its earlier days when it was more kids-friendly with a playground, and service quality has also shifted, being good but not as motivating or welcoming as before. Orders are usually ready quickly at the drive-thru window, but during busy times, there might be a wait in the drive-thru. Customers recommend downloading the app and picking up inside to save time, especially for lunch. Some menu items, like waffle fries, may not meet expectations every time, but most find the food satisfying. Despite some minor issues with curb service and cleanliness, the overall experience remains positive, with most employees trying to keep the line moving and providing good service. Chick-fil-A continues to be a popular choice for many.
