So I only recommend Panera Bread because they have pretty good food and the team leader Dee-Dee has excellent customer service. I almost walked out today without ordering anything but she saved the day! ***However, the manager there is rude. They forgot a sandwich on Friday from a rather large order and they said they would write our name and number down and we could pick it up anytime. Arrived late for a dinner outting, so the bakery was already cleared out, but the staff were very kind and friendly and the food came out as expected. Nothing too crazy for a panera but myself and my group of five still enjoyed ourselves.
