This place has the best chicken hibachi ever!

In my opinion, this place has the best sushi and hibachi in New Bern when it comes to quality, taste and price. The service is also always quick, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

Great food at a great price. We are in New Bern for a short vacation and found this restaurant on google. The reviews were great and so was the food.

Based on the reviews, Ginza Japan | Sushi • Japanese is a hidden gem and a favorite sushi spot in New Bern. It is a cute little place with great service that is fast and gets orders right. The sushi, sashimi, and hibachi are delicious. Specific meals mentioned include the tuna avocado roll, spicy salmon roll, katsu bento boxes, and a lunch special Bento box. The gyoza, spring rolls, and edamame are also popular. The food comes out in a reasonable amount of time, and there is hardly a wait during peak hours. Prices are very good for the overall quality, and portions are generous. For two people with appetizers and entrees, the cost is about $60. It is consistently a great experience and highly recommended for sushi lovers.
