The past few times we’ve been through the drive thru here, the employees are all goofing around and it takes forever. Today we ordered 2 sweet potato pies. They said there would be a 10 minute wait. 12-15 minutes later I went in to ask, and there they were sitting under the hot light. They said “sorry, we forgot” as the employees were goofing around and eating in the back
Both our orders had the wrong chicken, fries tasted old, and the biscut was nasty. I was afraid to try the chicken. We threw the meals out and went for pu lix chicken. Sorry bojanges, used to love your food, won't be back
Food was hot and fresh and the service was speedy and order was correct.

Bojangles, located on Glenburnie Rd in New Bern, is a popular choice for its Bo-Berries, which are described as very soft with plenty of icing. The food is still considered good. All the employees are always super professional. This is the most service oriented restaurant, with awesome and amazing service. The dining room looked clean, and everything was stocked. Customers can experience quick and attentive service. The blueberry pastry was really good. Bojangles offers wheelchair accessibility at both entrances, and ample parking, although customers are advised to park carefully to avoid being blocked in by the drive-thru line during busy hours.
