“Their food was actually decent the guy at the window was definitely having a hard night I could tell but it's ok he wasn't rude to me but I felt so bad for him I know he was cold he . I had to go inside still to request my sour cream AND THATS OK WE ALL MESS UP I loved the fact that the 2 gentleman we're very polite I wish I had asked their names but this was 2 nights ago in kinston nc around 7 or 8 pm I'd say .I'm still giving 5 stars because of the 2 gentleman the drive through male and the front counter or cook not sure may have been freezing cold but still we're extremely nice & very willing to fix my food..
I've not eaten at a taco bell in years so I was very pleased 😀 and THE INSIDE OF THEIR RESTAURANT WAS ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS CLEAN VERY VERY CLEAN“

“Went through the drive through forgot to order my Chick-fil-A sauce. Ordered chicken nuggets. Got to the window asked for a Chick-fil-A sauce they would not give it to me! Said per there policy they do not hand out sauces at the window. I had a baby in the back seat. So I could not go in without taking my sleeping baby out of the car seat! What is the purpose of the drive through. I am sorry I forgot to order my sauce everyone forgets things. Also the lady at the drive through was rude about it! This ruined my day and my nuggets were dry because the lady wouldn’t give me my sauce!“

“Food was great, service was fairly prompt. My only complaint is that I tried to order a special from the menu board that wasn't visible anymore, but the worker has no idea what was on their own menu! I ended up getting something else, but not what I wanted.“

“98 sanitation. Bathrooms very clean with modern stalls & ada fixtures. Thankfully Paper Towells!! & not the germ recycling hot air hand blower. Bathroom was the cleanest Bojangle I've ever been in.!
Kitchen appeared very clean & organized. Staff helpful and attentive-courteous. Dining area very clean, well spaced tables & booths. An older gentleman was cleaning tables & welcoming customers. We ordered their classic Ham/Egg biscuit..Very good. We'll be back.“

I always stop here on my way back from Emerald Isle and whether I’m at the drive-through with multiple people hemming and hawing at the menu or coming inside the order is always correct and the service is always friendly patient. And the food is delicious and affordable!“

“When I pulled into McDonald's in Kinston, I thought I was just grabbing a quick bite. Little did I know I was stepping into a fast-food utopia. The golden arches must have magical powers because the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a staff that could moonlight as motivational speakers. The energy was contagious!

I ordered a Big Mac Meal, and let me tell you, it wasn’t just a sandwich—it was a masterpiece. The lettuce was crisp, the sauce was tangy perfection, and those sesame seeds on the bun? Sprinkled on there by what I can only assume was a divine hand. The fries were so golden and perfectly salted that I almost proposed to the fry cook right then and there.

So far this is a one time experience, but I don't know if they look at Takeout tickets good, because I paid for a double protein (steak) sub and trusted the restaurant. However, when I unveiled my sub and laid my eyes on it, I just felt that my sub was not girthy enough. I popped the hood and I saw that the steak was about the same portion size as it usually does, not double. Not only that, but some vegetables were missing and I had also asked for extra veggies on the lettuce and spinach, but the sub was not overflowing with greens.“
