Miss Debbie, if by any chance you get see this (and I hope you do!!), thank you SO much for being so awesome every single time we come in to get dinner for our kids and ourselves. You truly are such a wonderful person and an absolute joy to talk to. You definitely deserve to be employee of the day, week, month, year! If anyone finds themselves in the Richlands, NC area, do yourself a favor and stop in and see Miss Debbie, even if it’s just for a drink! Guaranteed you have a wonderful experience with her! 💜“

“Made a order online today amd finally realized that this store under Kim's management showed me what a super size mashed potato was suppose to be with my 4pc combo meal. All these years ordering it and I never was getting the right size. Lol I thought the bag was something else but it was the completion of my correct order and after complaining and finding it was me who screwed it up on shear ignorance of never knowing the correct size, I can say they all did a bang up job and now I'll be letting the other bojangles, if I ever go anywhere else but this one, that I want the correct size, please. Thanks again to Kim and her awesome staff, you guys did great and I truly appreciate you knew what was right.“

“Just got the $2 double meat Burrito and it was hot and sooooooo good. The line moved fast, the lady taking the order was very pleasant and spoke plain to be understood, order was perfect, the cashier was smiling and looked happy, lot's of drive thru places need to take notes! “So, for the most part, all subways are the same. It’s the customer service that really makes them or breaks them. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Alex. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He didn’t give me special discounts or special treatment. He just did his job and he did it well. He hustled through a 15 minute order in half the time that it normally takes. I was thoroughly impressed with how hard he was working. So again, thank you Alex for an enjoyable and quick experience at Subway.“

“Made an order through the drive thru and when I went to the window to pay, I realized that I didn't have my wallet with me. After scuffing around to see if I misplaced it, the manager on duty told me he would cover it. I did drive back to my office to find my wallet and went back to Wendys to pay. Manager stated that he appreciated me coming back but he took care of it. Listen up world- There still are good people out there. I will be spreading the news of his good deed. Now just to find a chain for my wallet. Lol“

“Food was pretty good the workers zamara and julia I think their names were did really good. They made a great costumer experience and I would return because of it. I recommend they get at least a 5 dollar raise for the quality work they do.“

“This afternoon I was in the area, and decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I had a fantastic experience! Service was amazing quick and easy, my order came out correct, fast, hot and fresh! It was so good that I had to give credit where it was due and let the manager know. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. Bravo!“
