So, for the most part, all subways are the same. It’s the customer service that really makes them or breaks them. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Alex. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He didn’t give me special discounts or special treatment. He just did his job and he did it well. This location is kind of a hit or miss. The service usually is good but sometimes not so much. Toppings usually seem fresh especially in the afternoon. There’s been issues though with either not enough bread being pulled for the day and or the oven not working to toast my bread when I’ve come in a few times now. Robert was extremely helpful on helping me create the perfect catering box for young children. He was super polite and displayed a high level of patience with someone who is indecisive.
