“Any time I move to a new place I have to find my go to coffee spot and while trialing the local shops I came across The Coffee Co. in Richlands, NC. I had no idea what I wanted with the wide array of choices that all sounded so good. Justine was so helpful in suggesting a flight and helping to select choices that day. All 4 drinks were delicious!!Since that fateful day, The Coffee Co. has become my sanctuary, a place where I willingly embark on a pilgrimage, journeying 40 minutes just to savor the perfection that resides within its walls. The allure of their exceptional drinks, coupled with the warm hospitality extended by the staff, ensures that each visit is an experience to be cherished.And it's not just the in-store experience that keeps me coming back. The Coffee Co. recognizes the importance of extending their magic beyond the confines of their establishment. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He didn’t give me special discounts or special treatment. He just did his job and he did it well. He hustled through a 15 minute order in half the time that it normally takes. I was thoroughly impressed with how hard he was working. “Very friendly. Their system doesn't take the bogo sub coupon , I was told . Odd. But did honor the 2 for 12.99 coupon. The girl making the subs was very nice and even changed the bread she picked out saying it wasn't fresh enough. The coupon thing bothered me but other than that it was clean and great service. The bread was fresh and the sub was delicious.”

“Lived here 2 years and go their often. I always get Bo's chicken sandwich. Always a great meal. Sometimes it takes a while to have your order taken. That is only because they are short staffed and they have told me that for the 2 years i have been here. But the workers there work very hard to try and keep up - it is not their fault - I always thank them for working! Atmosphere is 3 stars due to employees on break, like every eat in place these days - take break, sit in booth, play videos, talk on speaker, or face time - all are loud and make eating irritating. Just sometimes this happens.”

Everything I’ve had has been delicious! Their customer service is always good too! The only thing I have to complain about are the hours. They are closed 3 days out of the week and they close at 2pm on the days they’re open. The food is so good, I need them open everyday!!!”
